Lovely owner and hôtel, but much too noisy because of the nearby traffic.
Good breakfast, friendly staff, very cool guesthouse grounds, large comfy bed, couple highly rated warungs just down the street. Daily cleaning. Lockable closet. Not many bugs outside even though next to a small pond. Street noise was way, way too loud, plus outside construction, seeming right next to my bed. Useless mosquito net as it left huge gaps open. Not much English is spoken leading to a confusion on our last night (was going to move to a twin room to share with a friend but turned out there were no twin rooms and we had to share the bed). Weak aircon. Wi-Fi sometimes stopped working completely. Further walk to anything of interest in town than it seemed from looking at the map.
