Gora Hotels with a Pool

We stayed three nights at Hotel Indigo Hakone and had a wonderful experience. It is extremely comfortable and thoughtfully designed.

I can’t speak highly enough of the staff here. They truly went above and beyond for us; so many little touches that made the stay so special.

This review is about 20 years past due but better late than never. It may have been known as a different hotel then but I remember enjoying the hotel. In particular the Onsen.

The hotel was spacious and it's an apartment style hotel where there is multiple rooms that can fit 5 of us altogether.

The views are spectacular from your room, each with its own private Onsen on the balcony.

Incredible staff, meals and rooms. The mineral baths on the balcony are awesome. The room design and appointment is all that is good about Japanese hospitality.

Everything about this place is magnificent! From the time you enter the property until the time you leave, you’re greeted with warmth and compassion. You can tell they take pride in their hospitality.
