Hotels in Gora with Breakfast

This hotel was honestly heavenly. So peaceful, staff was so kind. The aesthetic of the room is clearly meant to evoke a blend between modern/contemporary design and tradition.

Do not listen to the negative reviews. This property was incredible. After two weeks of touring busy cities, this hotel on the river was a welcomed retreat.

We stayed in the condominium room and it was very large and beautiful with private onsen. Really enjoyed staying here and only a few minutes walk from Gora station so very convenient.

Lovely hotel. We stayed in a condo since we needed to cook for a gluten-free diet. Great location and spacious apartments. The kitchen is well equipped, although a small oven would be helpful.

Beautiful establishment that is conveniently located on the cable car route.

This is one of the best experiences I have in many of my international trips.
We found this intimate 20+ room hotel (or you could call it Ryokan) via Google Gemini.

We had the most lovely, peaceful experience at Ajisai! From the moment we arrived the grounds felt secret and serene.

As someone with tattoos in which onsen is usually off limits, I felt so lucky to find this Ryokan that allowed guests with excess tattoos. The place is BEAUTIFUL and absolutely breath taking.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Hakone Gora Karaku, and the service stood out.

Truly wonderful stay! Started off by getting complimentary shuttle from the station (booked in advance) was on time and so nice to not have to worry about getting a cab.

We stayed here October 2025 and it was the best Onsen we’ve stayed at so far throughout Japan!

I just stayed at this hotel and had the best night there. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were big and immaculate! And the beds were so comfortable.

Amazing service and beautiful rooms. The shared onsens bring zen to your life and the private, in-room onsens bring peace and quiet.

We had such a memorable stay at Madoka no Mori in Hakone. The entire experience felt very special from start to finish.

It takes a bit of walking to reach the ryokan, but the area is quiet and peaceful.
The outdoor onsen is excellent and feels very authentic.

Very cozy and quiet getaway spot. The staffs are kind, and the food is amazing! Private outdoor bath is available for reservation, and is very comfortable.

Our check-in was seamless. The manager was in touch with us for the last several days to make sure our arrival was easy and seamless.

We absolutely loved our stay at Gorakan! Upon arrival we were welcomed by the most hopeful and thoughtful staff you can imagine.

I had one of the best time in this place during my Japan trip in Dec 2026. The hotel situated at the back of Gora station which requires staircase walk hence beware of heavy luggage.

Booked via their website. Spent 2 nights here and loved it as our gateway to hakone.

Located a short walk away from Gora station, however it is up a steep slope so not so great if you have luggage. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a few restaurants.

From the moment you walk into Laforet Hakone Gora Yunosumika, it’s clear that this is a special place.

Beautiful hotel based in the mountains of Hakone. The reception area is really clean and modern, with comfortable seating areas and free roasted green tea available throughout the day.

Very good location to take a cable car at Gora station. Walking around 2 minutes to station.
Good breakfast and dinner.
All you can drink alcohol by self service in dinner.
