Hotels in Shikoku with Parking

Beautiful nice accommodation, not too far from city centre. Brand new, well kept and spacious unit with a great host. Fully equipped kitchen.

It was a great stay for these four nights. It was comfortable and had many thoughtful touches. I really miss it! We will definitely recommend friends who want to visit Takamatsu to stay here!

The house is really pretty and a great stop if you are travelling by car between the Inner Sea and the rest of Shikoku (especially Iya Valley). Masae-san and her husband are great.

My husband and I stayed at Komaian, which means “a small house made with natural materials” according to the host Masae, for 4 nights.

Highly recommended to stay here on your first and last day of your pilgrimage!

Very nice place to start the pilgrimage. Can’t get much closer to Ryōzen-ji and the host is very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are spacious and clean.

We stayed in a “Family Room” with a view of the bay.

I Pre-booked, then hired a CB400 to zoom around Tokushima for 3 days and dropped in off the main road late one mid week afternoon … I was greeted with warmth… and was fully informed about my room,

It’s in nice and convenient location where near to Dogo Shopping Street. And accommodation is quite cozy and equipped with private hot spring, as long as with various of souvenirs prepared hospitably.

Beautiful and luxuous appartment in the Dogo Onsen area.

I love this place! I stayed two nights during my henro pilgrimage. The host is so fun-loving and welcoming. The place is super clean and well fitted (shower only).

This was our final stop in Shikoku, we got there late and Naoko put us right at home. She is an incredibly hospitable and generous host on top of throwing out exceptionally great food.

We spent here one night with breakfast and also ordered a dinner. Everything, I mean every little detail of the houses and the environment is of high quality and relaxing.

Nice place run by a lovely couple. The lady was even so nice to sew/fix my backpack that I had broken the day before.
Don't believe the review bombing below, this is a good place.

Located conveniently along the way to Niydo. Tochi and David run this lovely guesthouse. Splurge on the room with balcony overlooking the river and order BBQ dinner and western breakfast.

Great house for a 2 night stay. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and another 2 single beds in the loungeroom downstairs. It’s an easy flat 10 min walk from the ferry wharf.

We had an amazing stay. It’s was only my partner and I and we had so much room it was really nice compared to the tiny rooms we had in other bigger cities.

This was favourite place to stay in Japan! Great house and really well located for access to the whole island!

Great accommodation! The host was welcoming and friendly. Picked us up at the harbour and brought us back there. Bikes to use free of charge as well as a washing machine.

Really good.
The 2nd bedroom in the apartment would be great if it had a window; but that's a minor thing. Still 5 stars.
Apartment was spotless and well equipped. Beds huge and comfortable.

Amazing host! Gave us a lot of useful information…. We don't know that the cable car was closed! Thanks for the tips and travel information. We had a nice stay with them! Thank you!
View nearby!

Very nice accommodation with attention to detail. Extremely comfortable bed. Wonderful host who is friendly and helpful. Beautiful views of the mountains.

As far as guest houses go, Chiyomaru Container House is different. It's not a 500 year old Japanese home with tatami mats and sliding doors. Nor is it a posh resort with an indoor hot spring.

What are view! We enjoyed our stay in Seto Clas Aji. The apartment was very spacious, clean and the outdoors Jacuzzi was very relaxing! It's next to the beach and the views are amazing.

This was our favorite stay during our 3+ weeks in Japan. Regretted that we could only stay one night — wish we could have stayed a week. Was a spacious house for us (a couple).

Love the view, can see sunrise from bedroom. Can hear the ocean wave from upstairs bedroom. Bathroom is beautiful facing the view.

I arrived scared and exhausted during a thunderstorm at Onaka-san's Guesthouse.

My friend and I have fond memories of staying here during our pilgrimage. We managed to make a reservation ourselves by phone in basic English, which we very much appreciated.

Stayed here in November 2024 while walking around Shikoku. The owner is really friendly and the facilities are top-teir (includes free coffee, cooking facilities, spice rack, utensils).

Thank you to this guesthouse for taking care of me over the past three days. This place is incredibly comfortable and has given me wonderful memories.
