Imabari Hotels with a Parking

This is a fabulous hotel to begin or end your Shimanami Kaido adventure. They look after you very well!
It is very convenient for the bike rental centre and the train station.

In our 3 week trip around Japan this was the best value hotel that we enjoyed. We took the single room for two deal and it was fine for us two tall people.

We only ate at the Cafe, as we were staying at the Ryokan down the street. The food and drinks were great! Such diversity on the menu, all cooked so well! And nice it was open late!

Hotel was relatively new as it opened not too long ago. That being said, I remember there were a lot of dust on the inside of the light buttons by the bedside but that was the only complaint I had.

Great hotel for cyclists! Let you store your bike on bike racks right in the main lobby. Clean, comfortable, wonderful breakfast in the morning.

This is the heart of the city.
It stands out and is the first thing you see of Imabari coming from the Shiminami Kaido.

We stayed here as part of a tour group for one night.
The room was a nice size for Japan, the shower was excellent.
The WiFI was reliable. The hotel has a nice bar on a higher floor.

WAKKA was easily one of the best stays of our trip and exceeded our expectations in every way.
The cycling support is outstanding.

We decided to spend a night in Wakka during our journey along Shimanami Kaido, and it turned out to be an incredible decision!

Their restaurant has fish fried hamburgers and they're so nice.

They have pick up and off service from/to Niugawa station even though the time is limited.

Large room, comfy beds, and wonderfully smelling straw mats. Very cute place would stay again. Short 20m walk from train station through the shopping district.

We really enjoyed our stay at the ryokan. After arriving we were kindly greeted and led to our room, afterwards we had a relaxing bath and changed into the provided yakuta.

My son and I stayed overnight as part of our cycling ride on the Shimanami Kaido. It is right off the trail. After cycling for 30 kms. We were spent.

The lady owner welcomed us very nicely and even offered us to go to the local onsen — a lovely evening — our bicycles were safe in a garage.

This was run by Atsuko-san and she one of the best people I've had the pleasure to lodge with.

I stayed here for just one night, but I've enjoyed it a lot. The bunk beds are spacious and provide ample room for your belongings next to the bed.

Great hostel. Rooms were clean and new with friendly staff! The view from the rooftop sitting area is really nice out onto the inland sea.

We stayed here for one night after completing the Shimanami Kaido bike ride. The staff were friendly and it was close to the train station.

It was perfect for what we needed. Clean hotel, very close to the station, shops and bike return. Friendly staff and all amenities provided. Comfy bed and good view. A bit outdated but in good shape.

Rooms: Dated but well equipped including new fittings in the unit bath in my room. What they lack, they more than make up with good service attitude. However, the bed was just too soft.

Great location after the shimanami kaido to crash and rest up. Got a whole room with a great fouton to myself and free access to come and go through the stores shutter throughout the day / night.

Great coffee! Guest rooms are also very comfortable and nice. Renovations are a non issue at all and the service/host has been top notch. Will recommend!
