Beds comfy and ensuite marble and very clean. Excellent room servicing, towels fresh and beds made carefully. Breakfasts best ever.

Enjoyable stay to base ourselves for a dew days. Lovely inner courtyard; Hotel is close to the escalators for ease of access to centro storico. Secure undercover carpark is worth the fee.

We initially checked into the hotel, I was very hot and when I was in the room the air conditioning didn’t work.

We opted to stay one night in Spoleto when we landed in Rome and started to make our way up to Umbria early in our recent trip to Italy.

This hotel is exceptional in so many ways. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Management/owner is engaging and provided spot on dining recommendations.

An excellent and modern hotel next to the historic Roman amphitheatre. Great room with loads of facilities… we had booked a superior one but we're upgraded to a suite.

The farmhouse is immersed in the Umbrian countryside just a few minutes' drive from Spoleto. The swimming pool was very nice and the breakfast was very good.

Wonderful location. We found this place while looking for where to use a Wonderbox. A splendid view accompanied the dinner from a balcony garden on the side of the hill.

We only had dinner. The views from the terrace at sunset are exquisite. Mixed starters were lovely, but the mixed grill was sadly overcooked. Charming service.

This is a wonderful hotel that I stayed at while hiking the St Francis Way. The reception was accommodating and hospitable. The room was specious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable.

Spectacular surroundings (rosemary and wisteria grows everywhere! ) and a gracious, warm staff combined to create a supremely restful experience for us. Luana was wonderful checking us in and out.

Local characteristic quiet rooms surrounded by nature excellent food and the restaurant recalls the electric train that traveled Spoleto / Norcia / Piediripa absolutely to make a stop.
