I was at the Palagetto with the family: 2 adults plus 2 children and the dog tobi. Great place, great setting. All wonderful: rooms, restaurant and spaces. Very good dishes with Tuscan specialties. I absolutely have to go back and I recommend it to all of you too!

Very beautiful location located in the classic landscape of Tuscan hills. Nice rooms, very rich buffet breakfast. Also good the restaurant.

This place is like a little piece of heaven! Set upon a hill, 20 mins drive from Volterra, the hotel commands 360degree panoramic views of the breath-taking Tuscan countryside. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, the room spacious and tastefully furnished, and the food delicious. The hotel is quite isolated so I would recommend a car to make the most of the local area, but this is the perfect base to explore from — Florence, Pisa and Siena are all within an hour's drive, and volterra is well worth visiting.

Great place, pool with stunning views. Very relaxing location, especially in the evening, watching the sunset with a good glass in hand. Great cuisine. Professional staff and very courteous. We have been here before and will definitely be back. Very recommended! Only "defect. ". Always fully booked, you have to book in time.

The property is in a beautiful location, enjoys great views and is close to resorts such as Volterra and San Gimignano. Great breakfast. Beautiful swimming pool.

I stayed in this beautiful place for work… What about, just lovely! The peace is total, the place wonderful, the structure has been restored in a perfect way. The owners are very cordialissime people and they are the icing on the cake which makes everything perfect. I will definitely return.
Forgot… I had dinner here. A plate of pici with meat sauce and a tiramisu. The chef deserves the OLA. Everything really perfect.

Charming place in the heart of the real Tuscany a few steps from Volterra friendly staff, nice and prepared. You eat well! Prices in the norm. Loved.

I took care of the renovation from the ruins of the Casale Romano, from Stones to sight to the ceramics carefully chosen to the mattresses… designed the counter of the reception with handmade inserts in red Alabaster Volterra… terracotta arches on the mosaic of coating of the Infinity View Pool… And I could go on… all made in Italy… Flagship The big restaurant where you can eat also on the terrace that every day proposes traditional dishes, the fresh pasta of the chef Marco excellent and my favorite peposo, with a beer on tap Top…

I spent the last day of the year at Palagetto with some friends, very cozy atmosphere, the rooms are comfortable and the view is amazing towards the Tuscan landscape and Volterra. Great food and well presented, great wine list. The staff was very helpful.

Great place. A thrilling Panorama for those who love the hills and the staff is special. The waiters if you take a liking make you feel like home really eating great food. Recommended the grill mixed do meat.

We stayed with the family in the month of September. Our room was cozy and cared for. Very clean rooms. We always had dinner typical Tuscan dishes at the restaurant of the hotel. We swam in a large and spacious pool like a sea. The place is very scenic and in nature. The right size to detach a little ' from the usual routine, thanks to the owner who made us feel at home. We will definitely go back.

Very comfortable rooms, our n 7 with private balcony and a very elegant bathroom. Breakfast was endless and with a view. Dinner with both the half and the card of excellent quality, simple wine list but with a couple of goodies let us recommend.

Wonderful farmhouse nestled in the Tuscan countryside, with a beautiful swimming pool that stands out on Volterra. Great food and very nice welcome.

Location relaxing and secluded, suitable for those who want to detach from the traffic of cities. About 14km from Volterra and 26 km from San Gimignano, both beautiful-to visit. Very good breakfast, coffee machine broken, cmq on request they cap the bar. The economical room too cheap, the small beds with an oval mattress, risk of falling. Without the window or stuck on the door, no bidet and no air conditioning. Insects at will, but we are in nature, then I understand a bottle of house wine €9, while 2 glasses of this €10, so I recommend the bottle, so you drink at least 6 glasses like that. Cute cats.

Love this place and will come back again… Highly recommend it.

After having been a weekend in August, we decided to return for a whole week in late September. On the occasion we had the confirmation of a unique, romantic and enveloping landscape; We had already praised the staff of the Palagetto, but we would like to thank the great Chef Marco for his attention to every need; The nice responsible for Sala Massimiliano, together with the impeccable Lady Tiziana and Iris; All the staff in the accomodation of the rooms; As well as Giulia who, like an orchestra conductor, coordinates everything with cordiality and kindness… thanks for helping us to spend our holidays pampered as family

Beautiful quiet place clean and very cared for. Great food and location. Helpful and courteous Staff. 10 km from Volterra. Obviously the evening after dinner has nothing to offer if not relax and peace but a few km is very much.

We had the malagurata idea of booking a two night stay with Wonderbox Casket… they stayed in a bad room, next to a local generators. This meant a steady buzz and a blank night. In A place like this, surrounded by the peace of the Tuscan countryside, it is an unforgivable thing. The bathroom was gross (torn shower towel, encrusted and dirty shower siphon, cracked tiles). The girl at the front desk ditzy and unprofessional, however was very interested in the cats that turned in the garden. Dinner nothing memorable apart from the paper napkins (but the prices are certainly not from trattoria, indeed! ). Poor breakfast. To a careful eye the structure is pervaded by a sense of neglect (dusty hall, unkept garden, swimming pool with broken paving). Certainly the location and the view are beautiful, but of hotels/agritourisms located in a similar location in Tuscany there are galore. Last Chicco: The tasting provided by the casket was organized in a structure 25 km away… for a glass of wine we seemed a thing an out of place, and in fact we gave up. The management would be absolutely to change. Not recommended, you can find much better.

Beautiful views, good restaurant, large pool, fresh water, good room, no amenities.

Beautiful location but you get lost in the details: room empty and you have to ask; Aperitif in front of the sunset that arrives after half an hour and without the peanuts and chips that all the others have on the table. Breakfast was OK. In short, here the problem is the service. It is not that there is no good will, but in the end we evaluate the quality of the service… not the sympathy of the casino receptionist who keeps you accepting all the time you need to transcribe awkwardly the master data of our documents. In any other place they would have kept or photocopied the document!

The location and views are fantastic. A lovely owner, however the food is average. Here and there are some things they'll need to pay attention to (swimming pool is looking worn out, rooms are clean, but bathrooms can be be better, breakfast is average,. ) but the views and location make a lot of these things up of course!

View on Tuscan's hills and countryside is stunning. The pool is perfect. Breakfast is good. Very pleasant and peacefull place. Highly recomended.

The host Julia is very attentive and sweet with children. No matter what time you'll arrive, the chef will fix you a meal. Wonderful place, wonderful people.

Perched on a small hill with great views all around. Excellent place to chill and unwind. Good food, friendly staff. Short drive to Volterra and a good base for exploring Tuscany.

Magnificent view, beautiful old architecture, a landscape to fall in love with, super nice people, perfectly placed beautiful clean pool and simply heavenly dishes my greatest compliment to the chef for his perfect steak. I am extremely enthusiastic and will always come back here again, the service and the great people who work there give you a feeling of absolute carelessness. Just drop and really enjoy your holiday. Bellavista hotel and luxury rooms; friendly staff, very well!

The pool with infinity edge is simply unique. The place is so romantic that takes your breath away. Time is a very personal and introspective perception and nature is its context. For us it was just a vacation, but a real experience of the senses between rural Tuscan colors, true silence and smell of ploughed land.

Beautiful farmhouse with exceptional view and cozy rooms. Nice neighborhood and nearby towns deserve. Breakfast with wide choice including homemade pastries and yogurt and salty things, I tried them all in rotation; We saw a packed restaurant in the area and prices for money we had dinner every night in the hotel, all good and affordable local wine list.

Lovely landscaping, accommodation 5 minutes ' drive away from home and also be located with nice view and pool, some good foods but poor in courses, very friendly staff.

We arrived looking for calm and spend a few days away. The main reason for choosing this hotel was the pool and so we left the beach where we were. The pool was empty and nowhere was stated on the website. We spent two sleepless nights because there was a near ponds full of frogs croaking that kept overnight, then we left. The breakfasts were good, but accompanied by a music super high, unpleasant when you just wake up and try to talk to the rest of the table. And finally the coffee was undrinkable (are we in Italy). Very sorry to leave the little beach where we were to find all this.

The place is fabulous, but managing it is scandalous. The owners will welcome you with a kindness unmatched, trying at the same time to cheat in any way like the Fox and the cat, starting with 10 euros for a plate of spaghetti with cheese and pepper in the restaurant. In our case they went above and beyond: they rented the entire farm exclusively for a wedding, ignoring the fact that in the days of the wedding we were there and other guests. Most of the guests were moved with an excuse (hydraulic maintenance) to another farm for two days while we were there during the marriage, practically in the nook, treated as a guest of serie B. I would recommend it again to my worst enemy.

Here to say that the place is amazing and the quiet is really relaxing, but the service is definetely under the aspectancies. The room was cold, as well as the water in the shower. I wanted to rest a bit after a shower before the dinner, but it was unpleasant! Then the food was ridiculous, with nothing worth paying the price of the smartbox we where using. Indeed, even simple things as the bread or the cakes for breakfast were poor. It was not that difficult to buy fresh bread or a good choice of cheese. I would not suggest it to a friend.
