The hotel is well located. The room was functional and very clean. Parking was easy and in front of the hotel and set us back about 8 EUR for 18 hours.

Giacomo, host and owner, greeted us on our arrival from Florence Airport. He helped with our luggage and gave us a tour of his charming B&B, accompanied by a loyal and wonderful dog named Guillermo.

A sweet b&b that combines old world charm with a contemporary upgrade. It's on a quiet street and just a short walk to the piazza where Puccini's house is (now a wonderful museum).

I stayed here with my girlfriend between the 26th Feb and the 1st of March and we had quite frankly an exceptional experience with this hotel.

Great location… Mario, who speaks perfect English, and the rest of the staff treat you like family, but always extremely professional.

Quaint and cosy boutique hotel nestled in a quiet neighbourhood right on the doorstep of the Lucca walls. Miriam was a wonderful host and gave the best recommendations to explore the city.

Centrally located period residence located on 2nd floor level. Super facilities and availed of an upgrade to a suite which was stunning with a sitting room and terrace and bathroom.

The hotel is next to a busy road that gets quiet after rush hour.
My room was clean and comfortable on the quiet back side of the hotel.

Comfy rooms, very good breakfast, great service, lovely stay. One note: stay away from the rooms facing the cafe to the left… loud music & shouts continue all the way until 6:00 am.

The place was super nice. Everything was clean and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. It has AC which was amazing for the hot summer. It has a private and safe parking.

Very well looked after, modern and clean apartments. The receptionist were both very lovely. The continental breakfast was great and very generously portioned. Great location and value for money.

Stayed here for a night in October ‘25. For the price paid this is a good value stay! Room is spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast is nice! Staff is nice as well!

Everything about the Lucca Heritage Retreat is superb. The decor is beautiful, tasteful mix of old meets new. The whole hotel is spotless and infused with Aqua d’Elba. The rooms are spacious.
