This is a great B&B with everything you could need. The location is perfect and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with effective air con and equipped with toiletires and other extras — tea, candles, etc. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and plentiful. The staff are passionate about Lucca and keen to answer any questions.
There is a steep staircase to get to the accommodation.
Breakfast is served further, up on the roof, where there is an amazing terrace.

They are really sweet and amazing hosts. The room is very clean and cozy with air conditioners for summer and a clean big bathroom.
Location is the best. And despite being on the main walking street, the double windows protect the room from the noise.

This little B&B is everything you could need. The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (the pillows are so good I wanted to take them home with me), the air con is effective, breakfast was nice. The staff are very helpful and passionate about Lucca!

I wouldn’t recommend driving here. Leave your car in the car park and walk to avoid going the wrong way down one way streets or getting stuck in very narrow streets filled with parked cars.

Wonderful B&B in central Lucca. Very nice owner, staff and service. Breakfast is perfect. The terrass is so nice and genuin. Best recommendations.

Stayed at this lovely B&B during our 5 day stay in Lucca and it was everything that we could ask for and more!
We booked via booking. Com and messaged a couple of days before our arrival to see if it was possible to drop our bags before check-in time and Irene replied to say that would not be a problem as they are usually there until around 12.30. Unfortunately a later train and a slightly longer walk from the station than we had allowed for (my fault for following the suggested route on maps) meant that we were a fair bit later than that. When we arrived at the B&B I realised that Irene had messaged to say that she had waited for us but unfortunately had to leave (unluckily just 5 mins before our arrival), so we walked to the nearest bar, literally round the corner, on the main street in Lucca, and enjoyed a panino and a lovely glass of red, until a further message arrived to say that they would be there in 5 minutes. Ten minutes later we were all checked in, map in hand marked with places of interest and recommended restaurants, and enjoying the wonderful coolness of the air-con in our beautiful bedroom.
As we only booked this break a couple of weeks before, the only room left in this B&B was the Deluxe Double room and I am so glad it was. The room was airy and light with a high ceiling, wooden floor and 2 tall shuttered windows. The double bed was generous and comfortable with side tables and lamps, with handy plug sockets to charge your phone etc.

Location, kindness, beautiful terrace, big and clean room and. Very good and varied breakfast in a lovely 😀 place.

Full of charm in the centre of the city … family hospitality at the top…

Perfectly located in the heart of Lucca, this is a small (4 room) and friendly B &B. Our room was spacious enough, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with excellent service and very accommodating. We were made to feel very welcome during our 5 night stay.
The stairs up to the accommodation might be a bit steep for some and, being in the centre, there is a bit of street noise at night, but nothing too intrusive and easily outweighed by the friendliness of the staff and convenience of location.
