Great place and great staff.

Nice room, friendly staff. 5 minutes walk from the city walls. Recommended.

B&B very clean, quite large room in an apartment on the 2nd floor and 8 for the bathroom in the room and AC which is indispensable.
Also close by, attached there is a restaurant/pizzeria in Convention and rated 7, quality/Price Let's say you can do that.
Close Enough to the city walls with 10/15 min walk to the center and supermarket at 50 Mt.
The only thing is the breakfast, you could do a little better but the Lavazza machine goes a bomb, very good coffee and free use.
Ah, for informational purposes there would be full kitchen of everything and sure you could use it to cook in case you want to eat at home.
I would definitely go back if one day I was going to Lucca.

I stayed here one night in November very tidy and great breakfast service.
Negative notes: Not all rooms have bathroom in room a bit cold… being November I expected a more efficient heating.

Simple, comfortable and complete rooms with everything you need. Nice breakfast, at least for me. Possibility to use the kitchen and coffee always available. Thanks to the owner who welcomed us in the late evening and provided all the details to visit Lucca at its best.

We were probably unlucky to peck at the renovation labs but we couldn't sleep well in the morning to wake up with a shower as there was no hot water and we were not warned. To save the situation were sweets at breakfast.

Breakfast very good but service not at height. The neighboring room was in renovation, we are woken up with drills and no hot water.

Room and bathroom spotless, comfortable and warm bed, breakfast room very well stocked and cared for in detail. This B&B is really a stone's throw from the walls of Lucca and I highly recommend it!

Comfortable B&B with convenient free parking nearby. Located about 300m from the city walls and as a result in a handful of minutes walk you are in the historic center. Nice and friendly Staff I recommend it to those who wish to spend a few days in Lucca and surroundings.

A lovely location not far from the train station. Staying outside the walls was quiet and peaceful. The room was large and clean and shared bathroom very nice. Breakfast was good. Could have used some fresh fruit and more healthy selection.
