Great place to stay. Very comfortable and close to almost everything.

In the heart of Florence, 2 steps from the Santa Maria Novella train station. To find this place I got lost for half an hour because in Florence there is a difference between black and blue civic numbers. Once I found it, I had to climb to the fifth floor without a lift with the whole suitcase. However the B&B is really delicious. Clean and bright rooms, very friendly staff and willing to explain what to find in the surroundings. En-suite bathroom, free Wi-Fi and moderately priced rooms. Possibility of disciples smoking room with balcony.

It is remarkable the hospitality with which you receive the staff of the residence, and the room had air conditioning, own bathroom and a window quite large but without view. The cons are left on a third floor and there is no elevator, and the bathroom is small although well equipped. Yes, the place is very well located, close to the Academy Museum, Da Vinci, and Plaza Independencia.

I loved it, the staff who welcomed us were very friendly and gave us a lot of useful information to know how to get around Florence then I went for a weekend, clean and cozy room.

Spacious and bright room, good cleanliness, very well located and exceptional customer service. Highly recommended!

Booked with Case Emotion 3 and I await confirmation that according to the email will arrive within 48h, after 48h, then to limit exceeded I get the email reply with a nice rejection due to the lack of availability of the rooms. You do a quick search and it turns out that it is a guest house and the rooms are all on a floor of a building and on booking still has however a room available at less than the price of the casket…
But thanks anyway, I found another great room with breakfast included (and it wasn't coffee + croissants to take at the bar below)

Excellent cleanliness with rooms checked daily. Nice and friendly staff, he handled the reception perfectly, giving us tips on places to visit and places to eat. They are rooms, point, not a B&B, so don't expect breakfast rooms. A room to be used as luggage storage is left available in case you leave the room and do not go immediately. Small fridge in the hallway in common with the other rooms. On the third floor and therefore with less road noise. Present Wifi with good free reception, air conditioning (not used), ceiling blades (not used) and heating heaters (not used).
The only thing that can create problems is that it is on the third floor without elevator with stairs a bit steep. I didn't find any other negative things.

We stopped here on a health trip. But the. Place made us forget the thoughts. Although Al. Third floor without elevator is in an optimal location. To visit the city. Lorenzo IL. Owner is courteous and very nice.

A very good B&B near the center of Florence, only sin the too many mosquitoes in the room, I also recommend to put mosquito nets.

Budget bed and breakfast in the Centre of Florence, a few steps away from the station and the major places of interest. The staff is amazing and makes you feel right at home.

Outstanding hospitality by Lorenzo, the owner, very kind and helpful to show us the places to visit and advise the restaurants to eat and avoid the so-called "tourist traps". A few minutes walk from the Centre, the structure is simple but clean and cozy. I highly recommend it.
