Worst hotel experience of my life.
Cleanliness room and an unpleasant smelly bathroom. You pay for 4 star hotel and give you a dirty room with zero maintenance of the furniture… I don't know how something like this can survive in time, I guess from people like me who travel to the city for the first time and you've booked in advance without knowing what you're going to find… Breakfast also lousy… very bad experience, I do not recommend it at all. We complain but they don't give you any solution either…

Horrible! Old rundown dirty. Mismatched furnishings, not good in any way.

A residence of the main hotel nestled in Florence near the city center. If you need a place to put your head down then this is for you. You situated opposite the main hotel. There are no views as the rooms are hidden inside a courtyard.

We stayed 3 days in this residence, in a quadruple, uncomfortable additional bed and air conditioner that did not mark the right temperature, cozy rooms with magnetic card door opening, TV with sky without paying extra, phone in the room and possibility to use the kitchen with the payment of extra, free Wi-Fi, mini bar fridge in the room and safe in the closet. Affordable quality, friendly and friendly staff. The hotel/residence turns out to be a can outside the center, but easily accessible by foot or bus.

Worst place I've been in my whole life. Be wary of high ratings, now I explain: I booked in the residence select executive (which should be the modern and most comfortable structure) and, when we arrived inside, in the middle of the corridor envelopes with waste, towels and rolls of paper toilets thrown here and there. When they entered the room, the remote control had oxidized batteries inside, so the bathroom hair dryer was not working and the lamp near the bed was also working. Clearly I reported the problem at least 9 times at the reception but they kept saying "in 10 minutes we get to fix it" (as to tease) and did not deign to show up even once (my girlfriend slept with wet hair and the next day we left, thus risking getting sick). Besides that the room was not clean well and on ceilings, walls almost everywhere there were mosquitoes crushed to the wall. Vomiting! I feel cheated. Bad service, the worst of the worst! Trust me if you just can't find a place in some nearby hotel, don't book here. If you sleep outside with a sleeping bag you will be better off and you will have more services.

This hotel was great. Very very spacious two story suites, and the continental breakfast was delicious, with ample offerings. The units were air conditioned, and the location was quiet and convenient for public transit.

After about 20 days we had booked a room to use after a visit to the Careggi hospital we saw ourselves bouncing for overbooking at 16pm. Surely you are resolved the room at a higher price, as first option they recommended a hotel a 15 minute walk to the Ztl area so we could not bring the car and had to pay the parking too. Cmq gave us back The money and we came away. Not recommended.

Impracticable area at the parking level: either residential or at a rate of 1. €50 per hour. Only solution to the hotel parking, pricey. The apartment I would call only "hotel room", or rather, "suburban motel". I am very annoyed by the fact that there are no curtains but only of flaps… deep sleep or you will do the nights (among other things from the outside see you inside). Around the hallways, always, envelopes and bustiers containing used wipes. Cleanliness of the bathroom embarrassing and carpet of the room splashed.

Room was acceptable but not very clean — the was some kind of sticky patch on the table and the wall was greasy (? ). Bed was fairly comfortable and the area is quiet. Check in and out was painless. A reasonable stay for the price we paid considering the other options available. Don't bother with breakfast. Paid for three days of it and went once. Easily the worst I have had in a hotel.

I was a guest for 20 days at the Select Executive Residence, during which I got to acclimate and get to know the place well. We start from the fact that the staff is extremely courteous, helpful and to the hand, certainly a efficient and attentive staff; The rooms are very, very cozy they are furnished and clean with expertise, the heating works perfectly and the beds are comfortable. I was able to visit 4 rooms and in all there is TV with Sky, the only small flaw is that the screen is not adjustable, so you do not see well from all points of the room… All rooms are equipped with a kitchenette with two electric plates and a sink, Mini pantry and crockery, not excelled but certainly very comfortable and functional, for the service is required a small additional cost that definitely worth paying in case of long stay as mine. The bathrooms, spotless, have very spacious showers, a large mirror and a halogen stove that warms up in a few minutes the whole environment. The breakfast buffet is decent, fresh produce every morning… Incidentally, if you have doubts, I am a customer really satisfied, and I recommend this place to all those who wish to have a nice stay in Florence. I hope I was helpful!

Hotel a bit far away from the tourist places, the good thing is that there is urban bus nearby.
The room was very trankila and very nice.

Wi-Fi doesn't work well. some restaurants near by, but is a pain to get to central florence. (slightly off the bus route). However, for the price of the room that I have paid via Hotwires, can't really complain much. you must check in at Select Hotel, and front desk employee will take you across the street to the resident. Friendly guy.

Dead animal smell in my room, unfriendly staff, terrible location, cigarette smoke smell throughout.

This hotel was the only sour spot in my otherwise great trip to Italy. I was traveling in a large group. The morning after our first night we went downstairs to breakfast, and the staff were standing there to direct our group into a side room, with no access to the normal breakfast area. They set us up a table, with very limited food. They had no hot water for the tea, and when I asked for some the water was half coffee. This whole time the staff were very rude. Later that day they apologized for the "mistake" with breakfast, but the next day they did the same thing! If I ever go back to Florence I will be sure to skip this place.

Bad reception (separeted place of the room), bad parking (too much small) and very durty room.

Good overhall experience. Hôtel and room were clean. A good typical athmosphere Despite being far from downtown it remains close from all comodities. Breakfast was correct for the price.

Nice hotel just 1 km from the Center! You can get there on foot or by bus in few minutes:) cozy rooms and breakfasts rich buffet.

Perfect hospitality and friendly staff. Room on the first floor spacious comfortable well appointed very quiet (seemed to be alone in the hotel. It was almost full! excellent room cleaning that bathroom). Abundant breakfast with several choices. 22 bus you arrive downtown in minutes. Good chance of free parking in front of the hotel. As soon as we get back we have no doubt will be again.

We booked in last minute via a friend. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room clean and the breakfast good. The private parking around the rear was secure, although tight for turning when a big Merc wasnt parked very well. A bus stop is fairly close, and I would definitely recommend it. Thanks to all for a relaxing stay.
