Staff was amazing, not many rooms in the hotel so very private, quite, and spacious. We were originally booked in another hotel but when we showed up they said we couldn't get a room and this hotel got us in a room right away. They also have a rooftop patio whenever you want to see the city, especially nice at night. Best hotel I've been Too!

This is a must stay boutique hotel. Staff are polite, friendly and really knowledgeable of the area. Our room has a large south facing terrace overlooking the river and we had sunshine all day. The rooms are clean and the location is handy for getting into town or the station. I will visit again.

Great 'boutique' hotel for our 8-day stay in Florence. Great room, well kept daily. Breakfast was perfect, in a wonderful dining room (20' ceilings). The 2nd floor terrace was well used by us; the perfect place to open a bottle of Chianti Classico, watch the Arno. All restaurant recommendations (5 in total) were perfect.

This is a great hotel! Loction and room… atmosphere is so cool and cozy and the bathroom is so spacious! Shower is awesome and plenty of hot water. The staff is friendly as well.

Very beautiful hotel recently rinnovate with good breakfast. The personnel was very kind and the location is quite close to the historical centre. The only 2 minuses we found are the pillows a bit high and the smell of breakfast in the morning that wake us up at 7am. We were staying in room 12

Excellent and Caldisimo place to be able to rest after a walk by Firenze, good breakfast, abundant and varied, excellent attention, good panoramic view.

Very cozy and refined, excellent breakfast and impressive structure for the frescoes on the walls. The staff was very helpful I highly recommend it especially for the great price quality.

Very simple environment but at the same time cared for, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. It has a small parking lot that makes available to guests but it is not included in the cost of the room, excellent and varied breakfast production them, offers a beautiful view of the river Arno and is positioned well compared to the most crowded places.

Place: was quite and peaceful with incredible veiw. Staff:staff was so friendly, the atmosphere was like living with your family. 2 days was like haven. For sure I will come back.

I state: room on offer at 87 euros and was described was on the ground floor and described as superior. But inside the room you can hear the noises coming from the concierge which is 7 meters from the door of the room. It also has no fixtures but windows with normal glass, not even double, so clearly noisy even from the window. View of the room I asked for upgrades immediately but the facility was full. I welded without staying overnight, moving immediately to another facility. The guy at the reception was really friendly and polite in insisting to reimburse me 15 euros of 87 in the face of cancellation reservation made on booking… but the cancellation of the reservation did not allow me to review on booking. Imagine a review like that would have knocked down that 9.2 score (very clever, there for them I did not think). That said the structure is very nice, cured and with staff really polite and prepared. Located in a spectacular area and I think many rooms enjoy a beautiful view. If I can give advice to the owners: or intervene to arrange door and window or that room does not give it to anyone. You risk a bad figure.

I loved it, the deal, the service, the hotel, the location, the architecture, the front of the hotel, the orientation, the room. Everything in general, it was very good. The terrace of the hotel, very well aunq a tad bland to put some flaw, but equally charming. The warm and pleasant welcome. It is a hotel that I would repeat without a doubt. TBM pretty Central.

We stayed at four hotels in total during our trip to four different cities in Italy in October 2017. This hotel was the best of the four. It's located at the bank of the beautiful Arno river. Hotel guests could enjoy the breathtaking views and relaxing atmosphere. Staff were attentive, friendly and professional. In one evening when we left the key to the reception for going out to dinner, the staff kindly phoned the restaurant for us to ensure that a table would be available. Having breakfast at the hotel was also an enjoyable experience. The pastries were particularly delicious. A staff told us that they were made by her. Additionally, one could enjoy the beautiful paintings on the walls and ceiling of the dining room, as well as the wonderful views outside the windows.

Big, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Located right by the river, but it's a 10 min walk from the city centre.

We couldn't recommend this hotel enough — it was stunning… We had the suite with the fresco ceiling as our Bridal / wedding suite and it was beyond perfect, very spacious and beautiful. The ceiling is incredible. Lastly and perhaps most importantly the staff were amazing in every way… they catered to our every need and request and with a smile too! Grazie per tutto! ❤️

Fantastic Hotel! The staff were amazing it felt like they were family. They really know Florence as they recommended some amazing restaurants and because of this we had some of our best meals in all of Italy. Clean, great location amazing staff what more could you ask for!

We had the suite and it was magnificent, spacious and every amenity you need. Breakfast was good and location is great, far enough away from the action for the quietness but close enough to walk to everything.
