Good budget B& B hotel close to Firenze railway station. Walking distance to most of the Florence attractions as well. Good breakfast. Has a colonial elevator here to Goto the first level of the hotel entrance. Here you get family rooms.

"Cheap" hotel, basic, convenient for the location (easily accessible on foot from The Santa Maria Novella station), to choose only if you give up the rest. The building is old and the rooms with their furnishings are old-fashioned. It is close to a road with high traffic flow and its noises are heard at all hours. The bathroom is almost impractical (the shower box is practically attached to the toilet), the electrical system is not in compliance, uncomfortable beds and pillows, acceptable breakfast. Personally I will not go back and would not recommend it if just as a last choice. The staff is courteous but not enough, with little money you can make it at least decent.

Central Hotel but with furnishings of about 30 years ago. Breakfast quality just enough. Place on very noisy street.

Our room was dusty and dirty. There is no real shower. Do not book a room in this hotel. A real scandal.

Classic Hotel Fiorentino. Old-fashioned furniture, high ceilings with antique paintings. Very clean, always tidy. Great breakfast but not much choice. Very friendly and helpful owners. The only inconvenience were the doors. Very old and the key stuck in the lock, while the one in the bathroom was not equipped with a knob to open or close the door.

We spent one night at this hotel. It's old, pretty. In fact the stairs leading up to the rooms above us told the owner that they were over 400 years old.
Our room was older and ensuite. It was average. The walls a little dirty, and the bathroom could be improved as well. The rest was pretty clean the truth.
The breakfast was very good.
Best of all it was definitely the deal of the two owners. We speak Italian, Spanish, English and I think some other language. Very attentive.
It's a cozy hotel.

Passing stay, normal and decent hotel close to the Fortezza da Basso, for those who do not have too many demands…

The location is not bad, the historic centre of Florence is a 10 minute walk away. The room was nice and the bathroom was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like it at all the double bed were 2 mattresses in a single bed plus the Wi-Fi at least in Room 6 was not good everything was very old and it seems like it was going to fall off. ☹ ️

Convenient for the location very close to the Santa Maria Novella station. Comfortable enough to walk to the Forum Mandela maximum 20 minutes walk. Good location.

A nice rustic hotel, old, on the first floor of a building, not very expensive and well located. Clean and reliable.

It is a good place if you look for a good price with respect to normal quality it is your good choice. Room is cleaned every day, fresh towels as well. Breakfast is simple, typical italian. Service is very helpful. I think if they would renovate then the prize would be way higher, so… You have to meet halfway. Good for short stay.

Near the antique city centre, clean, Wi-Fi good, very good breakfast, safety and friendly reception.

Really nice apartment room, nice staff, decent location.

The worst ever hotel. Broken hairdryer, doorlock, shower. Extremely noisy as it's next to a big road. Took me a few hours just to fall asleep. Everything in my room was scratched and covered with dirt. The only positive thing was average breskfast but the owner literally watches you and counts how much you eat. Please avoid this hotel at all cost.

The staff is very kind and helped us to around the city :), the room is too comfortable (big) and clean, also the location is too close to the city!

A good place to feel the spirit of the city. Great location and service. Near the train station. 15 min walk to the center of the tourist attractions. Excellent price and parking is extra safe car.

It is obvious that it is a category two stars, in fact the room where we stayed was in need of different tweaks and the bathroom was really nice (the hotel is in an old stable). There is free parking is available nearby in fact we put the car in a garage with the property.
Anyway do evaluation 3 for the convenient location, 10 minutes walk you are in the Center, and the availability of staff. Sufficient breakfast.
