There was no bathroom in the hotel room. We had to walk out of the room to go to a bathroom by the service desk. It did not say anywhere in the reservation that this is the case. Had I known, I would have booked a different hotel.

Visited friends staying here and while it was small it was a great location and good services.

The apartment is clean and well cared for, furnished in a particular way and recalls the Parisian atmospheres, one step from the Duomo. Nice and helpful the receptionist. Very recommended.

Friendliness and cleanliness. Central location just a few steps from Giotto's baptistery, Duomo and Bellflower. Too bad for the access stairs, not suitable for the third age, needless to think in the presence of serious ailments.

The staff is great, loved staying here. A few tips. Locate the nearest parking garage before you start to travel. Assure what room you are staying in, not all rooms are as enjoyable as others. The staff can help you get tickets to everything, just ask. Would stay again but only if we get a room they highlight in photos.

The owner was pleasant and helpful. The accomodation is in an old building and has at least 2 flights of stairs to the reception and possibly more to your accomodation. It is very difficult to manoeuvre if you struggle with stairs. The location is fantastic and close to all tourist activities.

It is NOT a bed and breakfast. At least not to how Americans understand it. There is no breakfast. You go to some cafe a block awayand they give you a discount, which is the regular price and not the inflated tourist price.

Friendly and helpful staff. Freedom to get in and out depending on the need and positioned really well. Too bad for the bathroom outside the room and the flights of stairs without elevator.

Very nice location! we loved it! The owner"s very kind. I would give them a 5 if only there was a lift (elevator). I had a chest pain bringing down my 5 50 lbs luggages.

Small bathrooms, Shakey Wi-Fi/tv, good service, small breakfasts, fridge.

We last stayed at Guest House Bel Duomo in August 2014, and received exceptional service. My family returned last April 2017 and stayed at the suite with a view. Same exceptional service, and with the view of the Duomo to fall asleep and wake up to. A very fulfilling visit.

We enjoyed our stay here. First of all staff was very helpful (we got directions where to go, what to try, etc. ). Location is very good — just near Duomo. We were with toddler so it was nice to get home any time to change. Host gave as key and codes so we were able to get into hotel in any time.
