Quality and services from 4* superior hotel and pampered as in a guesthouse. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Florence 3 days and we could not make a better choice to stay in this fantastic B & B. Very elegant, spacious rooms, cleanliness at the highest levels, abundant breakfast with products of the highest quality, but what really makes the difference is the strategic place as it is practically 100 meters from Santa Maria Novella Station and close to all the areas of greatest interest.
Another truly incredible and differentiating factor is the extreme availability, kindness and professionalism of all the staff, everything. We will definitely choose them once again in our next stop in Florence.

Central area, with everything nearby, clean and adequately equipped rooms, despite the un happy period for the current pandemic are, they were very available with us. I hope to be able to return to Florence and stay at this property again which I recommend.

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful location!

The place was cosy not very expensive n best part is it's stone's throw away from the railway station. So if your looking for a day stay in Florence, thus us the place. They serve decent breakfast and you have a McDonald's right under it's nose which is on 24/7 for a quick grab.

It’s a beautiful, clean and modern looking location. The receptionist is really helpful and very nice, we showed up way earlier than the time that was given for checking in, so they let us borrow a whole room with a washroom to change and freshen up. If we come back to Florence will def. Come back here :)

Great location, just across the station exit, but the entrance isn't easy to find (at least to me). The gate is between Macdonald and a sushi restaurant. The staff is very nice, even went down to the gate to assist me when I tried to find the way in. For the room, the space isn't big, bed is good and toilet is very clean with marble decoration. One cons is that the place is noisy as Macdonald is 24h and adjoined to the hotel, people talking on the street. The hotel provides ear plugs to cover the noise.

This is a fantastic B&B very centrally located to the train station. Probably one of the roomiest places I’ve ever seen in Europe! You get a full-sized bathroom with a bathtub so large my 6’5” husband could sit in it (we both enjoyed soaking our feet after all the walking). The marble tile and chrome fixtures were very elegant and modern. The bathroom was spotless, the AC cranked out air, and the room felt huge. Plenty of closet storage and a safe I could work. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices and delicious pastries. I also love the fact that they have a coffee machine available 24/7. Since the property is located near the train station, it does come with noise from outside (you’re in the heart of a city), so bring a pair of ear plugs and download a white noise app to your phone if you’re a light sleeper, but don’t miss out on this gem! Staff was very friendly, recommended excellent local dining, and the property was extremely safe. We will stay here on our next trip!

Great location and very clean hotel and rooms with lovely, helpful staff. Only down side was that there is a lot of noise being on a main road and if you want a midnight snack at McDonald's, there is quite a scary, rough crowd out there. Also, their Wi-Fi constantly drops in and out which is quite irritating. We used our 4G roaming more than their Wi-Fi. Apart from that it was a superb stay and I recommend :)

Extremely convenient location (directly across the street from the train station/main bus station). The interior felt quite safe and secure. It was very clean, charming and luxurious with a friendly and helpful staff, tasteful contemporary decor and a great breakfast offering. The bed was cozy at night, the AC kept the room nice and cool during the day and the very high ceilings and large windows gave our room a grand spacious feel. Best hotel we stayed in among six others while in Italy.

Such a beautiful place near to Firenze SMN station. Apartments are new and well maintained. Breakfast is simply outstanding. Overall it was perfect choice to stay here. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Superb location. Spacious, neat and clean. Friendly staff and good value overall. Some Wi-Fi issues, but unlikely to be a permanent issue.

It is a great B&B. The property is very beautiful. The treatment and a 5 star hotel. But it was clean.
