We got 4 rooms in this accommodation for my family and some friends. We arrived at 1.35pm. Noone talked to us until 2pm. At least to make the papers until rooms were prepared. After 2pm we got our rooms. Horror! Nothing ever changed there in the last 30 years or so. The walls, the furniture are so dirty and with so many halls. And the worst of is the smell. In our room, it stinks. The carpet is wet and there is a smell in the room which is so persistent that even with both windows open won't get out. The bathroom sink was clutched… Nobody repaired that ofc. We asked immediately for another room, but they said they are fully booked and maybe tomorrow we get another one. Second day we talked with the maid to change the room and she agreed to change the room but the offer was to move into a very small dark room (in Venice with a lot of sun! ) with a very tiny bathroom without window. While I was in the hotel I have seen another open free room who looked decent. I talked with the maid and she said we can move. We moved on and for 15 minutes was ok. But afterwards, the owner and his mother in law came screaming in italian and english that we have to move because the room is specifically booked by someone else (there is no option to do that on their site or booking) and if we don't like it, we have to leave the hotel. To be thrown out from a paid accommodation during holiday! So, I strongly advise you to stay away from this property and villa parco (same owner).

Great location to visit Venice and all the islands of the Lagoon. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful.
Comfortable room… In this very hot week the air conditioner and shower were up to the task. Presence of the fridge bar in the room to keep the water cool.

The location of hotel is very good. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop. 3 stops by bus and then 15 minutes by water bus to the center of Venice. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away. There is no supermarket nearby, only small shops with excessive prices. For shopping you have to go to the stadtmite. Unfortunately, we had problems with check-in. I went with my mother and a baby (10 months). We have booked a double room with 2 single beds and a baby cot (10 euros per night). On arrival we were accommodated in a room with approx. 12 square meters. According to the reception, the hotel was fully booked. In the room there was only a 160 cm wide double bed, wardrobe and no cot at all (no space). We were forced to sleep in this bed one night, all three, together. Only the next day we got rooms that we had booked. According to the employee, who was very nice and friendly, we should get compensation for this breakdown. Since the baby cots are chargeable in the hotel, I hoped that I would get a discount for baby cot as compensation. The boss of the hotel was unfortunately uncompromising, and demanded a full price for the cot. Hotel itself is very clean. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were cleaned daily.
