Very friendly, clean and well maintained.
Quiet and yet "right in the middle"… quickly on the beach and at the vaporetto station… very good breakfast (also outside).

Also this time a wonderful stay at the Atlanta Augustus Hotel. Thank you for the always kind attentions of all the staff. You can't ask for anything better.
It is the right place that matches the beach holiday and our wonderful Venice.

We return for the second year in this beautiful Hotel in the middle area and characteristic of the Lido of Venice. Cleanliness, elegant room furnishings and friendly staff cheer the living room! Good breakfast too. Recommended.

Clean place, very near to the Water Taxi Station. Walkable distance to the beach and the many cute little restaurants around. OVS Shopping Mall very near. People at the restaurant very warm. Very good breakfast, though the same everyday. Only there is no one to help with luggage just in case you have too much of it.

Tried! Recently restored hotel (at least for what I could see). Central position at the Lido. Great sweet/salty mixed breakfast. Friendly staff. Cleaning ok. Overall to be recommended without any doubt. Finally you sleep very well also for the quiet location.

Good place. Well located 5 minutes from the bus to access different walks. Close to the mall with bars and restaurants. Still quiet.

Had a great stay here: staff very friendly and helpful, plentiful breakfast, great location near the ferries for Venice. Rooms are spotless and the fresh flowers throughout the hotel gave it that extra nice touch; all of these at a more than reasonable price!

Great find! Perfect in every way. Great location near shops, restaurants and waterbus to Venice. Lovely place to unwind after the hustle and bustle of Venice, which is a truly beautiful city.
We were upgraded to the penthouse! Totally amazing. We had a massive terrace with double sun lounger and views overlooking Venice. The hotel is quirky not outdated and we loved it! Room and facilities great. Spotlessly clean and staff friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended; especially the penthouse room!

3 star Hotel very clean and quiet, it seems that there is no one at night and then at breakfast it is full of people. Convenient to Venice, and with car parking.

Standard room paid 132 euros, does not coincide in any way with the description of the Room purchased on the internet. Paid for a room with a jacuzzi and entrance to the exclusive, and I find myself with a shower, and the walls of plastic! Not frigates always your fellow countryman to make room for maybe foreign tourist arrived to the last!

No longer the most modern house, but very familiar atmosphere. Boat can be parked in front of the house. If you arrive by car (ferry) You should ask if one of the few parking spaces behind the house is free. Otherwise almost only Kurpark zone with ticket system.

Nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Close to beach. The place is perfect for a holiday with children-the sea is very shallow off the coast. It takes a long time to go to go only to the waist. But the ferry was a complete surprise, and very expensive surprise. If you knew we wouldn't go for one night. But unfortunately the money was charged to us at the time of booking.

What a great local hotel. It's on a quiet street in Lido right on a small canal. The hotel is a bit old and in need of some updates but otherwise very comfortable. It is 10 min from the main drag (bars, restaurants), the vaporetto stop (10 min ride to St Mark Square), and the free public beach. We had 2 rooms that were clean and nice. The breakfast is pretty standard. The staff was super accommodating and very helpful. They helped surprise my husband for his birthday with a delicious bottle of wine and a fruit basket in our room. One of the rooms was on the first floor that had a loft with a queen bed and 2 twin beds on the bottom. This room was comfortable for my mom and two kids and quiet (it's situated in the back of the building). The other room was on the top floor and had a wrap around balcony. It had an amazing view. Both bathrooms were pretty dated and in need of a rehab but served the purpose well. The elevator is very slow but worked fine. Surprisingly the AC units worked very well in the heat. The hotel allows parking in their "backyard" for 10 euros/day if you arrive by car. Overall we had a great experience and we would go back and stay at this hotel again.

Quiet hotel in good location on Lido. Restaurants and cafes close by, as well as the boat terminal. Rooms good, not super — standard, but this is a 3 star hotel after all. Service good, staff speaking English. My room with balcony in two directions was nice, especially as it overlooks the canal.

Great experience Stayed for a few days during Easter week. The hotel is clean, my room was spectacular on the 4th floor, with a great terrace. Breakfast was good. The Lido is a quiet break from the hustle and overcrowding of Venice. Will certainly return. ONE PROBLEM… hot was was limited… I took a shower late at night…

Hotel Atlanta Augustus has plenty of charm, and an amazing location on Lido, close to the best restaurants on the island and a short walk from both the beach and the water bus. The rooms are cute and the bathrooms are rather nice as well. There is a complimentary breakfast every morning with delicious pastries, fruit juice, meat, cheese, and more. Where Hotel Atlanta Augustus comes up short is in minor amenities. For example, on hot days the air conditioning does not seem to work, and while you can open the windows, some of them swing dangerously into the room and seem close to falling off their hinges. Additionally, there was no cleaning service done in our room, despite us being out of the building from 8 am to 2:30 pm. Another weird quirk is that you can't take your room key out of the hotel; you leave it at the front desk to retrieve when you (or someone claiming to be you) return. Overall, it's a great hotel for the price. We may stay somewhere else next time we come to Lido, but we would still recommend it to those who find the above description appealing overall.

Pretty average hotel experience, nothing special, but not bad. Incredible location however. Close walk to the station to leave to Venice.

Really good hotel. Breakfast for Italian conditions sufficiently — > good ham, cheese, boiled iron age, buns, croissants (sweet filled or normal) and, not enjoy sweet particles and various juices, only the coffee from the vending machine in my opinion, but there was so guests that are catered to many times there, matter of taste. :) Maybe not just big rooms but for this very well established, at least those on the 1st floor. The bathroom absolutely okay. The friendliness of the staff and the Manager at the front desk top, the previous email correspondence with the desire of the gluten-free breakfast and the room choice was top notch.
Lido is a barrier island which is really worth seeing, it's quiet, several beaches are available and the locations are recommended. With the vaporetto's are beautiful 20 min. Until it is in Venice, especially the line 1 also those who completely crosses the Canal Grande, so climb aboard and drive through to the end once (1 hour CA) — — > great! Since we went to Venice by car, and you can also ride on Lido, we are out with the ferry from Tronchetto in 35 minutes. Once in Lido. Super folded. Tip: Who's driving the ferry before should the city pass (VeneziaUnica pass) get, because you will ride anyway the idea with the vaporetto, one can benefit already on the ferry from this, because it is not additionally necessary per person to pay for the crossing, but the car only just yet.

Recently renovated, excelent location, they have bike rental at better price than you'll find on main street; good breakfast. I recomend staying here.

This hotel is on a quiet street overlooking a small canal on the Lido. It is in a good location being only a sort walk from bars, restaurants and the water bus terminal. The hotel is clean and stylish and the staff are friendly, helpful and speak good English. My only criticism is that the shower in our room was somewhat intermittent with fluctuations in temperature and pressure. The buffet style continental breakfast was basic but ok. Overall, definitely recommended.

Room was clean and comfortable, whimsically decorated. Friendly hotel, continental breakfast. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is because we were supposed to have a room with a jacuzzi tub and we only had a shower. But we had a private balcony with a nice view. I was a little concerned about staying in lido rather than directly in venice, but the travel time was short and pleasant.
