Lovely place and really clean.

Directly across from the beach. Great views. The rooms are clean. Lots of great food and drink choices at food stands and restaurants close by.

I loved the everyday cleaning! little minus is, the roof top, or the sitting area outside downstairs could freshen up, it dont quite invite to sit and have a romantik drink or vine.
mabie some music and little modern lights (led colors) that might totaly change atmosphere. Little can do much! But overall, we had a lovely stay, and I can recomend this hotel! :)

Lovely hotel, very clean and tidy with helpful and attentive staff. Modern rooms partially refurbed to good standard, great breakfast, other meals bit pricey. In quiet part of town, 15 mins from Vaporetto. Tho sadly there is a "pop-up" cafe bar opposite which has music and loud customers until gone midnight sometimes. Even closed windows didn't help-and we enjoy fresh air. Sorry I know not hotel fault but would not recommend to anyone I knew.

Good facilities and handy for beach and transport connections.

A cheap hotel right on the beach. Approximately 15 to 20 min on foot from the docks. From there, Venice and the other islands can be reached quickly. Food in the hotel was great and quite fine in terms of price.

We stayed for two weeks and there were troubles after trouble. It started with small problems like light bulb is blinking, no normal sized towels (according to the cleaning staff they are lacking towels) and so on. Bigger problem was the mattress. One side of the mattress was crushed so it gave us some back pain. We had to switch sides cause the one who sleeps on the side had a back pain. We talked to the receptionist and he told us we can change to a new room tomorrow. But the next day the new receptionist had no idea about it so we had to sleep another day on the bed. Next day we went back to our room after talked to the receptionist, the electricity did not work. I went down to ask why it happened and the receptionist told me that the electricity was cut because "he was doing us a favour (which refers to the changing to a new room) " and also he denied that the mattress was broken. He kept saying since the chamber maid said all the mattresses are the same it is not broken. We spoke to the manager in the afternoon because while I was talking to me he was really rude. The manager was reasonable but funny thing is another receptionist said that "We don't really have a manager" and mentioned her as "not really a manager", when we wanted to talk to her again. I am still confused. One day when we came back to our room we found a technician doing something and the room was full of chemical fume.

Excellent value as not only base for exploring Venice, but also as an escape from the bustle of the city at the end of the day and perfectly situated on the beach. Sun terrace has views of both the sea and the main island (s) of Venice. Helpful staff at an extremely pleasant and comfortable hotel.

For family stays rooms 98 and 99 which are in dependence are perfect.

The hotel is very nice. Breakfast is very abundant and varied. The staff was very friendly and attentive. But it is located on the island of Lido, which is a beautiful place with Nice beach, but to get there by car you have to take a ferry and to visit the tourist areas you have to travel for a while in a passenger boat. This detail does not inform in Booking, they only say that the hotel is in Lido and the one that does not know Venice is found when arriving with the surprise that it is located on an island, without access by any bridge, only by boat.

Accessibility of the beach top. Great view and professional and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Very clean hotel, not convincing restaurant for its lasagna.

Excellent, but the publication both of Booking and the page are deceptive, to get there you have to use the Ferry, you lose a lot of time and it costs more expensive than the hotel.

Despite being housed in a suite the service was not top notch. Bad smell in the room. No hot water and no pressure. Really bad. But the hotel is located in a quiet place and facing the sea.

Everything was perfect and very clean the room very big and nice with Windows up in the bathroom.
It has radiators and never passes cold and a very nice terrace overlooking the beach that is in front, Lido is a very nice and quiet place.
In the same hotel rent the bikes up to 2 hours free and the day €10 is very good.
The breakfast was very good.
If we come back on occasion we'll repeat.

Very friendly hotel staff all speak English and met our every request. As we left in the early hours we were also given a packed breakfast. Make sure you know exactly how to get there from the vaporetto as it's a little out of the way. We had a Seaview room and thought it was well worth it. The fittings are modern and we were comfortable there. The free breakfast was extensive and dining in the evening is good but at hotel prices. Similar meals can be had for less elsewhere. We would stay here again.

Excellent. Nice comfy beds and friendly helpful staff and nice food that is cheaper & better than most restaurants and in a nice quit area near to the beach.

Booked this hotel at a very good price so expected low standard. In fact what we got was complete opposite, the rooms were very clean, spacious. Only thing missing was tea/coffee making facilities. Staff were very friendly always. Breakfast was plentiful and spoilt for choice. We dined in the restaurant twice and the food was good and fairly priced. This hotel is in a lovely location. Highly recommended.

We spent two nights from 16 to 18 February the staff very friendly and prepared gave us the option to leave the car in the parking lot after leaving the room to give us way to visit again… Well connected with ferries. We will definitely go back.

A value for money at the top, the rooms are of a Venetian style, the staff and pleasant especially David who speaks French, beach at 50 meters free and clean, the foot!

Clean and polite and courteous staff. They could charge less water for the rest nothing that a normal bar could not offer at lower prices.

Lovely hotel, great food, right by the beach a bit far from everything else.

Fantastic Hotel it was our second visit.
We were remembered from last year we got an upgrade. Hotel staff are really friendly and helpful they really could not do any more to make our stay just faboulas. Location is fantastic and rooms are very clean they have a roof top terace with a hot tub amazing views and so close to the beach its a very special place. Thanks for everything. Will definitely be visiting again.

The staff is wonderful and consistently friendly. The breakfast is top notch with good cappuccino and amazing savory pastry. The beds aren't the highlight, but with the beach right across the road and a local cafe between, you'll sleep happily after an amazing day on Lido.

Excellent location in Lido di Venezia from which however it is easily accessible by public transport and Vaporetto. The only flaw that does not serve espresso LA. Mattima but only from the Nescafe machine. Clean friendly staff.

Stayed there 4 times in total, so lucky to find an absolute diamond hotel! Staff were top class! Especially love the roof top with views of the Venice, the lido and the beach!

I do not know the hotel but the environment is superb.

Dilapidated rooms, the roller shutters are also and let pass the day.
The restaurant is good and the staff friendly.
You have to take a bus to go from the hotel to the boarding of the vaporetto, it is far to come out in the evening after a day of walking especially that there is no more after 11pm.

Great place for staying at the Lido in Venice. Next to the beach and as its lying on the Lido it's not as crowded as the city. Hotel has parking spaces and is located near a bus stop. The city of venice can be reached by public boat.

The hotel is located directly on the public access to the beach on the Adriatic Sea. However is to reach San Marco in Venice in 35 minutes. On the Lido, there are many restaurants and shopping at affordable prices. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and clean. Another plus is the sun terrace with panoramic view to Venice and on the Adira and a hot tub. We have felt very much at home.

I was 2012 on Pentecost in the Venezia 2000 and picked up only very, very poisonous memories. We had this with only breakfast, so I can't say anything to the food generally, but the breakfast was rich, diverse and also something for everyone!
The rooms are spacious and always clean.
The level of Lido is right on the doorstep, what very came to us because we arrived early in the morning and until midday on the room could.
The people at the reception were always very friendly and have one at every problem helped :)

Well equipped with means to move, in fact the bus to the ferry stop, stops right outside the hotel.
the hotel is clean, rooms are great and quite large.
We stayed there with the purchase of 3 smartbox for booking 3 double rooms, even though we were only at 5; but the staff, understanding the absurdity of the situation, has made available a double and nearby a sort of loft: on the lower floor there was a closet, bathroom and 2 single beds that could also join, and in the Loft c, was a double!
continental breakfast, complete with eggs, cereal, juice, cold cuts, sausages etc.
Really a nice hotel!
