Just fantastic. Italy, Venice, Lido. With Nicole and Amedeo you are always welcome and feel like you belong to the family. All rooms perfect. There is hardly a wish that is not fulfilled.

Small hotel on lido Venice with continental breakfast. Easy to commute to Venice by regular water buses. Good base to explore Venice and surrounding islands like Murano.

Nice place. Unpleasant and rude staff. The only nice and nice people are the cleaning ladies. Low-level breakfast. Too bad because such a place, managed better, would be great.

Location perfect, room clean, breakfast was declared according to description with more choice, but might need more creativity. House very old but a great building A bit more chic would not hurt.

Extremely rude and aggressive staff. Nothing like advertised, unclean and so disappointing that we actually ended up leaving and booking into different accommodation. Do not spend your hard earned money here!

Guys be very carefull when you are choosing this “hotel” as its nothing like they say. There are little mafia and have no idea about customer service plus they treat their staff (prob not the italians) without respect. I can see from reviews I am not the only one complaining about the same stuff and they really don’t care so be carefull before you make any booking with them.

The breakfast is not great but they are very helpful.

Room (number 9) : — Room small and dark — heating intervals unpredictable, sometimes too hot times too cold, especially hot at night!?
— The atmosphere is not nostalgic or romantic but old, especially bed covers and pillows were a no go — paid upgrade requests or complaints were taken very defensively and ultimately ignored (this is the case here).
— Concerns about cleanliness — fresh towels are available twice a week + WLAN signal was good and strong + bathroom was clean + parking free breakfast: — No water bottles at breakfast — old pastries — orange juice was a syrup/powder mixture and not pressed
— very little choice of cheese, sausages, etc.
Location: + Good location with some local in the area + landscape and surroundings invite to an almost enchanted A + boat terminals were 15 minutes walk away which is also OK.

Decent, clean, well appointed rooms, breakfast valid anyway in line with the 2 stars. Convenient to get to Venice the connections (Vaporettos and buses) efficient but not very visible.

Have attracted us from the price offered cheaply and promising photos with romantic four-poster beds. Unfortunately, we caught the musty basement room, which already needs some renovations. Breakfast was ok but not overwhelming. In addition, it is important to bear in mind that this hotel is located on an island that can only be reached by boat. There are additional costs for parking and crossings, which are not quite cheap.

I do not recommand this hotel, which is far away from most of the nice places in Venise. Furthermore, the room we booked on the website was not at all the one we got (room in the basement, really old, only one electrical outlet on the wall, badly decorated). Finally, we had to pay for the breakfast even if it was written as included in our "welcome guide" in the room. Really expensive for what is has to offer.

Beautiful villa of the early ' 900 to renovate a few steps from Palazzo del Cinema, close to amenities and public transport. Friendly staff but rooms with period furniture and public areas untidy, prepayment.

Clean room. Parking a bit uncomfortable. Essential services. Clean spaces.

Sucks, cockroaches in our room, only thing decent breakfast, Wi-Fi not working, and furniture to update.

The ferry ride from Venice to the Lido is a great app, but 28 Euro per trip, not degrees cheap. We had a Suite which was large but also very shabby. The Breakfast was Italian average. The Breakfast room was okay, the charm from the office… kitchen and living room… For a night in Venice…

Our family had a pleasant 3-day stay here at Villa Albertina. The place is quaint, embodying the warmth of Venice that I expected to experience. Most importantly, staff were very accommodating and reliable. Grazie mille, Erika, Nicole, and all of you who made our stay worthwhile. ❤
