I would not define a Hotel: for me it is more of a ‘ Home ‘. There is so good, that the feeling of being at home, is strong, and there is an air of family. The 2 women of the house, the sig. Ra Anna and sig. Ra Giovanna, manage to better the structure and are always available to their guests, not Customers. The staff, lobby, bar, room cleaning, always polite and ready to carry out their task, and providing assistance to all. Kitchen: fantastic; the only ‘problem ‘ is to choose among the many delights that every day the chef prepares and serves. Everything is taken care of in every detail: the rooms are furnished in the respect of the local tradition, as all other environments. The Hotel Letizia, here I'm to call him with his real name, is a place that anyone intending to visit and stay in the beautiful resort of San Martino di Castrozza, it must take into consideration… however, to leave free a place for me, my wife, my daughter and Billa (even our dog, thanks). We will be back, for sure.

A very nice hotel in the center of St. Martin. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers its typical Trentino dishes that not, all great. In the afternoon there is also a small snack with sweets, biscuits and tea. It has a small wellness area with sauna sauna steam and Roman and 2 hot tubs. The rooms are all different, we have a spacious but very dark room. The others I've seen are brighter and more modernised. A sin maybe the bed and the pillows quite uncomfortable (at least for me). A hotel definitely recommended.

Beautiful hotel near the centre of san martino di castrozza. Of note, the cleaning of all the rooms is very helpful, the courtesy and helpfulness of all the staff. Breakfast is excellent with fresh products and dinner each evening of high level. For those who have children, a large games room and the entertainment team. If I find a flaw maybe you have to improve the service in the wellness area, as well as a sauna and Turkish bath there are two hot tubs but they are to be paid for! The last thing in the afternoon is offered an afternoon snack with tea and biscuits when you return from the ski slopes or long walks is really a pleasure. What to say … pampered from the beginning to the end of the day.

I've been with my family. Delightful hotel, luxury in a family setting. Gourmet restaurant, Fantastic Spa, we had a great time. I highly recommend it.

I have stayed together with my wife and Rocky my dog (a "Dozu") from 08 January 2018 to January 15 2018. The welcome of the mother and daughter who run the hotel was delicious, especially because they love animals and dogs are guests of the hotel.
The staff is efficient and professional and always available.
The room of about 35 sqm with carpet is fantastic and clean, the heating is autonomous so I never suffered the heat.
And the food is superb.
For dinner you have a choice of 5 first and 5 seconds and then a very rich buffet that satisfies all palates. And for breakfast an exaggerated buffet for savory and sweet palates.

A real show. Great staff, typical friendly place. Spotless. The kitchen is great. A welcome for the way friends welcome 4 legs.

I had dinner some evenings in the restaurant and my in-laws were hotel guests. The dinner is great with a good appetizer buffet and a wide choice in the choice of the first and second. Even the price for dinner was quite adequate to the treatment.

I am left with my family in July 2012, it was awesome. Very nice place, the hotel but anke staff: Augustine (the waiter) was so gracious, anke the owner greeted us with love and with a big smile. It was a great experience. Ah ke good times.
