My husband and I just got back from a little 3 day vacation. Very clean hotel… good and varied food. Strategic place for those who want to go hiking… we'll definitely come back.

After a challenging walk, we wanted to refuel with a nice lunch. We entered not in the least welcomed, except by a look of the one person — all do — annoyed and indifferent. In the uncertainty of a few minutes we sat on our own waiting… Waiting… someone preceded us in getting up and was about to leave if luck had not got in the way by crossing the passage of the maid and the people who were served even before us. Service at the table in total indifference. Personally to avoid absolutely… p. S. Food… nothing of that.

I state that our experience refers to a lunch for 3 people in the restaurant, and not to an overnight stay.
At the entrance the reception is from "Burning Room", and, as the low score is understood, once seated even the lunch is reconfirmed somewhat negative.
Both in terms of (poor) quality of the product, both in terms of (little) taste of the product, and of skill (or rather, disability) gastronomic by those who cooked it.
We avoid talking about the (DIS) service, which meritetebbe a whole chapter apart.
Icing on the cake: The bill, which we managed to deliver us only after a certain insistence, was (as we thought) wrong. Of course in favor of the merchant, from which we will look good to let us ever review…

Great location The hotel deserves, although a little dated. Some improvements would take, but for what we spent, it was worth it.

Family-run hotel, directly on the slopes. Excellent breakfast and dinner, always various and the service, curated by Mrs. Daniela, nice hostess. To recommend for a quiet holiday.

Typical wooden mountain Hotel with rooms a little small but warm and clean… friendliness and kindness by the staff… For those who want to make a holiday in peace and relaxation…

Cute but with something that could improve… Better if there was the mat in the bathroom, improve the cleanliness and improve the reception. If you arrive a little before the hall is closed and you have to go to the bar, it is not ideal for a hotel… but it is nice the family atmosphere.

Overall good rating: enjoyed the food served and the kindness of the staff.
Negative notes: Heating not always efficient and a reception only present from a formal point of view as to get the information you need to go to the bar.

I didn't stay at the hotel. My review is about the restaurant/bar: avoid it. I went there to eat something before continuing another hiking. When arriving I couldn't see any employee taking care of the tables, only the lady in behind bar. So I took the menu that was IN FRONT of me in a table and started checking prices. When I decided what I wanted to order, I went to the bar and before saying anything the lady with a really bad humour asked: "Am I too slow for you? ". I was surprised at first and confused as I don't speak Italian fluently. I said no and ordered a panini (3, 5€). Well, to my surprise, apart from the horrible service, the panini was about an old bread with 2 slices of normal cheese. The worse snack I've eaten in Italy so far. I don't know if the lady was having a bad day, and I'm sorry if she was. But as a customer I left the bar wishing I've never entered.

Structure to modernize and quality to review on different things.

I stayed at the hotel Alpenrose in June. The rooms are those presented on the website of the hotel and room facilities. Also the wellness facilities, sauna, Jacuzzi, fitness equipment, a stationary bike, and other tools. A health buddy but simply because here you stay in summer to go walking and winter to go skiing or hiking with snowshoes.
Passo Rolle is an exceptional starting point for all excursions we did up the mountains. Baita Segantini, malga Venegia, Venigiotta, Val Venegia, malga Juribello, lakes of Colbricon, Cristo Pensante. Natural Park of Paneveggio and Pale di San Martino.
The welcome is friendly as well as treatment. It's like being at home from friends.
The price is very cheap. We will be back!

We stopped at 4 at the end of December for a stopover after a trip, the reception is poor as well as the professionalism. The wait was long by forcing us to order and pay at the counter. Bad service, frozen strudel I still on her stomach. Finally, going out, ask us if we paid?!?
Because it is the place you should not undertake certain activities if you are not taken.
