Great place, really nice inside, seems all newly renovated. It is even better outside. You have your restaurant inside but the city center it's like 30 minutes by foot (slowly).

Wonderful place, to get there both on foot and in the car, the only flaw are the few dishes in the menu.

Superior Hotel offers a beautiful view of the vines of the city.
Reachable both by car and on foot through the beautiful path of Sant'osvaldo.

Exceptional… The view that you can see from the long terrace… The view on the left of the Rosengarten, the Schlern…
The service is super Professional and the environment with this fantastic view is really really fairytale. We went there for the communion of my granddaughter we ate really well, with great skill and good taste we have set up the tables with the placeholders the representation cakes the wedding favors… Very sincere thanks for me. They welcomed us with great sympathy and kindness… I unfortunately since I got married no longer dress in Bolzano but every time I return I will do my best to go and in this wonderful hotel…
Not to mention that below it there is the prestigious native grape S. Magdalener… what else to say about wonder in wonder.
Congratulations… I also forgot the price from how I hear it is interesting.

I stayed in Eberle for two nights in March 2018. It was an absolutely great experience. Here’s my review. Good: breathtaking view, great Alpen-style breakfast with friendly restaurant staffs, free pick-up service from the railway station, fine amenity, astonishing outdoor sauna and whirlpool jacuzzi, cozy solarium. Bad: actually the hotel was flawless except one staff at the reception in the morning. It seems that she doesn’t have a lot of multicultural experience so that her service was not as great as the hotel. I don’t criticise her incomprehensible English, but her manner of speaking to me. I was disappointed for her careless and a bit rude response to my question when I checkout asking me for only a bill. Nevertheless, I want to stay here again if I have another chance to visit Bolzano and also strongly recommend to those who want to experience an authentic South Tyroler holiday.

Very nice place where you can go for a leisurely stroll to sip a cocoa or a cake.
The prices are a little excessive, but affordable for the Bolzano high-class society.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön über Bozen gelegen mit einem unvergleichlich schönen Blick über die Stadt und das umgebende Alpenpanorama. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super freundlich und haben sich toll um uns gekümmert. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und wir hatten das Glück, das wir auch vom Zimmer den tollen Blick genießen konnten. Nach einem wundervollen Schlaf haben wir in der Frühe noch das tolle Frühstück genossen und mussten dann leider wieder fahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The place definitely deserves for the beautiful view on Bolzano. I took drinks on the terrace of the bar on a great day you sun. The prices are adequate to the location.

Unfortunately, the wine tasting takes place only during the season, which was not apparent before arrival. Got a small wine tasting for dinner, which was excellent despite low season.
The massages are also more likely to be available during the high season… What a pity. Therefore little wellness in the cold season.
The staff looked after us very well and our wishes. Sauna area is OK. Very well laid out. However, nothing beats the outlook. Just because of that;)

Magnificent view over the valley of Bolzano. In summer, when it's hot down, it's a pleasure to have lunch or just have a beer at the bar. The restaurant is not cheap but, incidentally, cognome'ti the hotel. The dishes are good. The hotel has very large interior spaces. The rooms are comfortable and well kept. You appreciate the ground heating in the bathroom.

Nothing special. I would not spend that amount of money again.

Fantastic family-driven hotel in Bolzano. The staff is amazing, helping us out with anything we needed, especially with our small kids. Playroom available, baby cots, and kids menu made it easy for us!

Nice hotel with large rooms, albeit in the years. The hotel has a great view over Bolzano directly in the vineyards. The hotel offers a swimming pool and a spa area. The hotel offers a great breakfast and in the restaurant a first class food and wine list.

The hotel has a beautiful location above Bolzano with a fantastic view and directly at the Oswaldpromenade. Breakfast is great, but sleeping is only possible with closed windows and doors, because it runs directly below the junction point and every 10 min. The trains rushing past. It's so loud we didn't know if a plane was flying over us. Our panorama room was ok but more of a 3 star category accordingly. The staff were mostly friendly We have been to this great hotel several times, due to the extreme noise we can not book this hotel anymore.

Were this summer a week at home with family Zisser in your beautiful hotel. The situation impresses every nature lover. The service and the friendliness, there was nothing wrong, the food was also very satisfactory.
I would visit this hotel again if I'm in the area again.

Fortunately, I was at a meeting a week at this hotel, which offers a fantastic view of Bolzano and the Dolomites. The criticism of the breakfast I can not understand at all, homemade bread and cakes, fresh strawberries, large selection of teas, etc. The cuisine is excellent, there are also many locals, and the large panoramic terrace is wonderful. At the service, one notices that you stay in a family hotel, individual wishes such as shuttle services in the city are fulfilled smoothly. The rooms are modern and very well furnished. During a stay in Bolzano, I will choose this hotel always — cordial greetings to the family Zisser.

Unfortunately a disappointment. At a 4 * you must sure better hotel for breakfast, here the quality of the food is a disappointment. The bread baked on and in part still wet. The kettle for tea gives out lukewarm water. The croissants very doubtful and dry in taste. Overall the hotel is very cool, it has much carpeting, not just clean is because of many dogs. The cleaning staff was most friendly towards us. The food is tasty and good, however the old crisp products are submitted by breakfast bread. The location of the hotel is in my opinion the best thing about the whole concept.

We always stop at this Hotel on our way to Tuscany. The staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast is amazing! We also enjoyed the Sauna. Definitely a good place to stay.

Lovely hotel with some very nice, scenic views. We were warmly greeted by the hotel staff on our arrival and we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Eberle to the fullest. It is the friendliness, the genuine care and efforts displayed by the staff as well as the extreme state of cleanliness that makes this hotel one of the best in the Bozen area. Beautiful terrace, you can enjoy up from here! At this hotel, you will notice that it is a family business. Here you feel as a guest
individually and very well cared for. The service is hard to beat. I can only highly recommend this hotel.

Great starting point to get over the Sankt Oswald promenade further upwards. The restaurant's terrace is the perfect place just in the spring for a declaration of love. The place to be in Bolzano.
