Ok stay, nothing memorable, room large but not well maintained, sofa was very old and with stains. Service ok although the staff would like to be tipped like in the USA, Just a reminder you are in Bolzano. Not a 4

The room was very small and they kept shutting off our air conditioning leaving our room to feel like a sauna. Very disappointed for a 4 star hotel.

It's ok, nothing extraordinary, but nothing bad either. Locked, underground parking is a nice feature. The lack of restaurants in the area is a bit of a let down and the breakfast didn't have a great variety either.

Great hotel, a bit hidden.
Super room and very nice and courteous operation.
Even breakfast is sumptuous and has plenty of choice.

Can't say much yet, but the first impression is that the staff is very friendly and I like the facility very much. A shortcoming for me was that the sauna was closed at the very minute during the week.

Stayed one night for work, in room 302 the heating did not work, for the rest excellent hotel, swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath available to all, great breakfast buffet.

I stayed in the room 108… Very good location Good value for money Access to the wellness area including… But the best was Dolores masseuse practically superb… Good griefs!

Hotel located 4 km from the centre of Bolzano, convenient for both business and leisure travellers. Well connected to the city centre by public bus service with shelter at 100m from the hotel; The frequency is 6 or 9 minutes until midnight. Very nice Hotel.

I've always known this friendly clean hotel offers hearty breakfasts with Spa and swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Great for business stays but also used with family.
To take into account.

Room was too small. Bathroom only superficially cleaned. Shower with molded corners.
Bathroom without curtains. Everyone can watch the showers.

We were only one night on a coach trip here. Late check in has worked smoothly. Room and bathroom large, clean and welcoming. Breakfast fresh and plentiful. Staff friendly. Good hotel for a city break.

What about very nice, big rooms and very cozy, the only remark is that in reception there is hardly ever anyone we had to wait at least 15 minutes to check in and pick up documents.

The girl at the desk was very kind and professional, clean and spacious room, two bottles of complimentary water, decent breakfast and varied. I can only raccomamdarlo for stays in the area.

I find myself in an apartment Suite booked by 4beds where two children have had to sleep on a sofa bed with a mattress of 5 cm. Noisy heating, tub jacuzi declaimed in their non-working notes and with a leak which flooded the bathroom. Carpet in the entrance not properly clean.
Luckily some staff member turned at least courteous.
Impressive breakfast.

Very clever for thef double single use, sell asking the balance (very expensive) for the extra person afterwards. And the total eventually exceeded the maximum cost indicated inside the room. Han gave the room was OK but the cost exceeded considerably the quality! Friendly and smiling … but eventually han solo left the taste of having mocked!

Unfriendly Porter. Glass bathroom/toilet — if you would like to see the passengers not in the bathroom is etc look absolutely with a towel. To impose.

Ideal for stopover or business meeting in Bolzano. The Wi-Fi works (m unlike comparable houses) excellent and is free of charge. The staff is very helpful tasteful, the establishment (no Alpine kitsch, no style sterility of large houses). The bathroom was very spacious, and the single is itself small. This negative point puts into perspective however, because who wants to sit in his room. The breakfast time from 7 till 10 o'clock is aimed at business customers. The breakfast buffet ranging from sausage and cheese, Müsli and Nutella. The bread breaks not dry (bravo, rare South of the burner). Overall a very good price performance ratio. I had this room rate already at a 3Sterne-Haus in Bolzano.

This hotel was horrible. My company made arrangements for 15 people to stay 2 weeks. The staff tried to charge one of my people for a door they broke when he told them his key didn't work. The rooms had no ability to control the air temperature. The shower water could not be turned up to more than lukewarm. The balcony doors do not lock. The pool and wellness center are only open for 5 hours a day. When I arrived back at the hotel one night the owner started yelling at me, when I asked him to slow down because I don't understand Italian he called me a liar and told me that of course I understood him. The owner told me I was an uneducated, boorish american when I argued about the additional fee he wanted to charge me to repaint his wall after I snuffed a cigar (outside on the balcony) on the outside. When I got to my room they had left my room unlocked and a nice shirt was missing (this must have been when they cleaned my room after I left, the maids tried to come TWICE between the hours of 8 and 9 on a SATURDAY. There are no Do Not Disturb signs available). I washed the soot off with water (

Well located, comfortable, everything the heart desires — very good value for money

Nice, quiet hotel close to the trade fair with friendly service, beautiful new spa and spacious rooms. After a kräftezehrendem day of the fair to the right, to come to relax and rest!
