I stayed there for 4 nights on the occasion of the birth of my son in August 2018. Great location near the hospital, there is a cramped underground garage not bookable but free while in the area the parking lots are all for a fee, suitable for not too large cars. The structure is old and not so clean, although the sheets have changed spiders and mites daily and sting cheerfully. There is a fridge bar which is still useful. Sweet/salty breakfast from sufficient down depending on the influx, very low price and courteous staff complete a decidedly anachronistic picture. If I have the opportunity to use the hospital in Novara again I will look for something else.

Very dirty. Dust everywhere. Towels full of hair. Hair all over the floor in the bathroom. Hair on pillows and sheets. Tent with bloodstains and more. Mosquitoes crushed on tiles. Cobwebs everywhere. A total disappointment. The staff are friendly but useless if the rooms are so dirty. I've never had such a disappointing experience. You don't even deserve 2 stars.

I mean they fulfill the basic needs of a hotel: they clean everyday, they distribute toiletries and they have a breakfast. It's just that it done quite poorly. The rooms are old and run-down. The springs in the mattresses have given in a long time ago. The cleaning is subpar. The food is bland and sugary. You get one key per room.

Vintage Hotel in the centre, furnishings a little dated but elegant, room satisfactory and staff efficient. Good prices to be in the middle. Public parking for a fee, good breakfast.

Insulation. Zero. The sounds of traffic and other guests feel great. There are no dark and therefore already at 5 o'clock the room is illuminated.

Rooms are untidy, old and not maintained. Once the hotel was probably worth 4 stars, but not anymore. The breakfast was good.

It was a very nice hotel. The room I was given was comfortable with a bathroom that would need a renovation especially on the fittings but overall it was clean and cozy. The staff was very helpful The reserved parking, although a little cramped for the big cars, is free. The hotel is in the city centre and so convenient for walking in the centre. Very varied breakfast.

Very well maintained and well kept hotel. The main advantage is that it is located to be in the center. The room is clean and cozy.
The main disadvantages are: — The underground parking is very small and narrow. At least you don't have a city car let loose — the refreshment in the morning at breakfast is not up to the hotel itself.

Comfortable rooms, gentle receptionist, good restaurant and breakfast. The hotel is very near the centre of Novara and it is simple to find a parking area for your car. Wi-Fi is free. Wide rooms for read and relax. And also great rate.

Clean and affordable; Along with the great location, these are the strengths.
Potentially a 5 star, but currently the 4 overestimates the location: it would be necessary a nice restoration of the common parts (Boiserie everywhere, potentially splendid) and a deep renovation of the rooms (baths in particular) to adapt it to Current standards.
Disappointing breakfast.

Mediocre hotel, the rooms are clean but in the common spaces there is a perennial stench of mildew. The property is definitely not a four star. The bar service in the evening does not work. The night Porter is allowed with customers own inappropriate reviews. However the price is not expensive.

Nothing to say price quality we got.
It's better but the location helps so much.

Old Style hotel in the furnishings. Professional staff. Rich Breakfast. Convenient center and parking. Old fashioned but functional enough room. Window in the room little insulating the traffic. Not more than 3 stars. Good value for money.

A Hotel at the height of events.

4 stars are a bit too much… Definitely to renovate, ruined walls and old rooms. Breakfast Positive notes: Very friendly staff and the best location.

Looks and smells really old.

A little old… But for those who don't have big demands, it's okay. The breakfast offers a little bit for the number of stars that has: surely 4 are too many…

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The building and the furniture is old and is mended by all the corners. The parking is only 7 places, although I always found room, I consider it scarce.
The noise outside is unbearable from 7 in the morning and the adjoining rooms all the time, until you hear phone conversations hands free the staff very friendly, provide solutions even if you do not speak the language, strive, except the lady who serves the Breakfast which is at all unpleasant.

The meeting rooms look beautiful are not well kept it is noticed by the chairs are lysed armrests if not broken and the wooden inserts untrimmed and untreated, needs a complete restoration.

Suitable for 1 or 2 nights.
Old Fashioned Deco. I expected to cross shining's binoculars at every hallway. Not worth 4 star but rather well placed.

Absolutely close! Obsolete and decadent… not to mention the lack of hygiene… insects crushed on the ceiling…
Lucky it's a 4 star!

A staff of hotel I met couldn't speak even basic english. Also I can't tell there is cosy and clean. I will never revisit this hotel even I come again in Milano. And they have electronic problems.

Locale accogliente. Un po' demodee. Però molto centrale e facile da raggiungere.

Once maybe a prominent hotel but not anymore. Basics are okay, but things like sockets and carpets are from a bygone era. Right in the middle of town.

Bad. Terrible rooms. Small TV. It's old, rooms are too hot, bad Internet. Only the water pressure in the shower is ok.

Perfect location, but it lacks of maintenance. Old style, not very clean. Hope they will renovate it as on as possible … It is a real pity to see it in such conditions. For the moment I'll not come here any longer …

Clean rooms and helpful staff. The property is centrally located, so handy.

The hotel is dated but with a few tweaks and some maintenance in addition would revert to being one of the best of Novara, however you are always good. The rooms are fine, courteous staff, great breakfast. I was sad to find the restaurant closed and I hope they will reopen ASAP because of a good standard.
