Hotel in good location, but the area around the station is not recommended. Rooms spacious, but poor cleanliness. Gym and breakfast room in the underground rooms. It's not worth four stars, prices too high.

Good hotel good value close to train station and free parking.

Overall Mixed feelings about the hotel: the room itself was quite nice… Pretty big and decently decorated. However, the bathroom had a few issues. There was no working ventilation (and no windows). A string which I suppose originally was used to start the ventilation seemed to not do anything anymore… Means that the ventilation was probably broken. Several lamps were also broken in the bathroom. The breakfast was ok… But nothing more… Which is also kinda disappointing considering the price etc.

Good in convenient location, room OK, common spaces a little reduced with little bar provided.

The housekeeping was not made under the bed I do not like going to a hotel that is not clean.

Its a decent hotel with good location and good service minded staff.

Good location It is located in Piazza Garibaldi, a few meters from the station of Novara. Easily accessible on foot for those travelling by train. I was given a room on the first floor quite spacious and clean with a view of the square. Only drawback: The really small bidet that could cause some awkward inconvenience. Breakfast included.

The furnishings in the room already have significant wear marks. Some things are also desolate. The bedding and towels are clean, but the rest does not really look well cared for.

Nice and cosy place right in front of the train station. The employees are kind and and helpful.

Central Hotel with good rooms sauna parking and gymnastics room. Sympathetic to the gentleman of the breakfast. Central and very close to the station.

Services and breakfast are not at the level of a standard 4* hotel. All in all the hotel is clean and quiet, my matrass was great and the staff is nice.

Housekeeping is excellent. Great location, close to the railway station and the city centre. Breakfast plentiful and varied. Staff friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was slightly noisy and situated in the annexe of the hotel Cavour.

Overall the room is okay. Just the lighting too dim, the shower room is too old and many spoilt items. Sometime the cleaner not TOP up the sandals and you need to request at Counter. The counter guys are helpful and nice though. I would say good service just the room amenities not so good.

Nice hotel right across from the station that provides a modern and a short walk from the Center.

I was visiting Novara in September and stayed for 10 days. I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. They went over and above to make my stay so comfortable. The suite I had was deluxe and there was a large variety of baked goods, fresh fruits, cereals and excellent coffee made to order every morning. The location is the best as the train station is within walking distance and there is Lovely piazza around the corner for shopping and dining I want to give a special acknowledgement to Mario and Matteo for their special attention! I hope to return in the future and know where I will be staying. Rose Ann Veltri Canada.

My company makes me stay here for work, and already 2 times out of 3 I was given a room with connecting door to another room occupied by another person. The bathroom is equipped for people with disabilities and so has sink lower than normal, is devoid of the bidet, the toilet has a booster seat and the shower is open without a shower or a tendon.
The impression is that it is parked in the ugliest rooms because I'm not free to change hotels.

Great, modern hotel. Staff speaks English and even German. Breakfast couldn't keep up with the rest + room-to-room noise level is quite high.
