Close to train station and it pretty weel located if you are spending the night to get the bus to the airport in the morning. Breakfast is really simple, avoid it. Go do a bar nearby to have a decent brakfast. Rooms were okay, but very noisy. Staff is not friendly and unable to give you any advice about city or the bus to the airport.

Tried pizzeria with Groupon. It's okay. Well-cooked thin Pizza. Friendly and helpful room staff.

Appetizer with fried dumplings and speck good. The pizza is thin, cooked well and with a lot of mozzarella. I got the one with seafood and my husband took the pizza, the white horse with rocket, parmesan and strips of horse. Both very good. Staff is friendly and fast. Recommended!

Two star Hotel comfortable in the center. The restaurant is of good quality and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are not well maintained and the cleanliness really lacking.

Good 2 star The White Horse, close to the station, clean and good rooms I the croissants of breakfast. In our Particularly fortunate visit we were fortunate to have a four-bedded room with three windows and a small balcony on the inner courtyard… 40 sqm. Room… a 2 star trapezoidal suite. Restaurant and Pizzeria X who wants to stop for lunch or dinner.

Very good location! Near the train station. And accessible to know the city. The only thing that the rooms should go up stairs. Taking into account those that we have little difficulties in displacement. But it's not impossible.

I did not like… lack of cleaning.

Siamo andati in questo locale senza pregiudizi sulla locazione, che essendo in stazione rasenta dei vantaggi a livello di mobilitá ma degli svantaggi a livello di gente che la frequenta… entriamo con un coupon di groupon, pagato 11€ che comprendeva antipasti, bevande, pizza a scelta, acqua e dessert e caffe… ammaliati dal prezzo scegliamo 2 delle pizze disponibili nel vastissimo e variegato menu e arriva la sorpresa… pizza strepitosa, veramente rara da trovare a novara… complimenti a tutti!

Hotel nel centro di Novara. Personale gentile ma struttura vecchia e poco manutenuta, con lampadine bruciate, abat-jour non funzionanti, uno sgradevole odore di sigaretta in tutte e tre le stanze occupate dal nostro gruppo (stanze non fumatori) e, cosa a dir poco surreale, interruttore della luce esterno alla stanza stessa, situato nel corridoio comune agli altri alloggi. L'hotel non ha un parcheggio privato.

It was the first time in this place, with Groupon package, but I have to say that we had a great time my wife and I. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, the pizza yummy with the extra discounted bill. I have to say sincerely that we will gladly return and recommend it to everyone.

We bought a Groupon for 6 people and were very happy both for the service very friendly and smiling for the great portions both for quality and quantity. Nice also the finishes in the dishes for both pizzas and sweets. To come back to us surely!

I tried only the pizza and for the canons of Novara is average, the advantage is that being near the station and providing the service of bar/tobacco shop in the area of the station is the only valid place after 7 pm.

Pizza delicious. Our choice is to pee the pizza rolled with cheese or vegetables. Well served with rocket and parmesan cheese, and slices of ham, good beer, and sweet. Bravo Fabio, we always make you feel good.

Staff fed up with expressions of weariness. The pizza is not bad, but not the Neapolitan is acceptable. I've never taken anything else so I don't know.

Good pizza, thin ones (not Neapolitan style) then also quite light and digestible.

The pizza was OK but the positives end there. The service left something to be desired. We decided to shop around pizza and the waiter didn't even know how it worked. Also messed with the Bill and it's over we've been overcharged. The room inside was cute, but it gave me the impression of being in an area of Novara not really recommendable.

The first contact with reception, telephone, level was great with the courtesy and availability of the Lady for the confirmation of the room.
Being a two stars don't include breakfast in the price.
Upon my arrival the staff were friendly and helpful, even I have called to find out what time I arrived because at 14.30 close for an afternoon rest.
Access is from the main avenue through a common staircase of an old building but to access the wing of rooms there is another door to delimit another environment, well groomed and warm appearance.
As the room was given a double instead of triple exhausted without charge; large room with two Windows and a door, balcony room there were a coffee table and a sofa; the TV is huge compared to other three stars much more expensive.
Warm room and finishing more than satisfactory for a two star hotel, adequate bathroom well maintained and clean but I would add an electric heater to warm the room in the morning.
The sound proof room acoustics is great and we did not have any minimal inconvenience.
I would recommend you check the website in the mobile version because it seems not to send the emails from the contacts and the navigation is very different compared to the web site and moving the reception close at external gateways otherwise it gets "lost" without understanding where to go.

Pay one quadruple room 90 € without breakfast service not very welcoming.

Sono stato in questo hotel per due giorni dove ho avuto la possibilità di soggiornare in una camera accogliente e funzionale, di usufruire del servizio bar e ristorante in una atmosfera cortese e famigliare. Comodo da raggiungere al mio arrivo in treno, e vicino al centro storico e ai monumenti principali. Lo consiglio.
I was in this hotel for two days where I had the opportunity to stay in a room warm and functional, use the service bar and restaurant in a friendly atmosphere and family. Easy to reach on my arrival by train and near the historic centre and major monuments. The Council.
