Excellent service, generally everything is quiet and cozy.

Booked by Phone for one night in Town, the guy was polite but didn't tell me the room was available only from 2pm so I was hoping to have a shower before going for lunch but instead had to hang around the city for 3 hours. Decor is really outdated and excessive (lots of clocks and old paintings and heavy carpets and upholstery) but it's well kept and clean, my room was big and comfy with a huge bed that had enough room for 4 people to sleep in, TV and sky with lots of channel options, massive bathroom and shower, again a few outraged details like the leather on a lot of stuff (pen holders, napkin holder, blocknotes, remote holder) little chiller in the room could have been colder as water in it was just about colder than room temp, tea and coffee area didn't have a plug for the kettle so I had to plug it on the floor by the door, not many options of tea and coffee and no milk, great selection of free soap/toothbrush/room slippers and such, Jacuzzy shower I was scared to try it but looked cool, if u didn't look at the hairs on it and the broken handle. Breakfast was ok, bacon was all gone as I got there even if there was still 45 min left before the end, lots of juices but not orange, amazing chocolate croissant, needs more "signs" as I couldn't find ham and cheese and yogurts. All in all not bad, will be back once I am in my sixties.

It's a beautiful place, in the style of "Harry Potter", but what I found behind the curtain on the window spoiled all the pleasant impressions. The web is in such quantity. I think they cleaned it a year ago.

Surely well in individual visit, but not in group with a very average reception alas.

Hotel very clean spacious and well-appointed rooms, spacious and functional bathroom, extensive breakfast but with non-artisan cakes is sliced not of quality, staff very cold.

Absolutely excellent. Loved the room (sorry it didn't have a bath! ) Loved the decor. All antiques, old clocks, old typewriters. Dinner was one of the best we've had. Very good pleasant service too.

Restaurant below expectations, with pairings not guessed.
Parking fee at 10 euro per night.
Great structure and almost always full in week.
Unfortunately blankets with previous customers ' hair.
Rooms always very cold in winter and spring.
Excellent care of the bathroom, with availability of basic products that are no longer in other hotels, such as toothbrush and toothpaste, slippers, nail files and other products: much appreciated by women.

Actually the Hotel is really outdated. Its best days are belong to the past. Positively to mention is the bed which was really comfortable and the good breakfast buffet. The service is not at the top. That's why there's really not a lot of positive notes to bring in this review.

Great for congresses and conventions… The food is good the prices I don't know. (They paid others for me)

We went to family dinner the staff are very welcoming and professional, the food is great and the hotel looks very elegant 600 ' esco style, even the dining room very classical.

Hotel La Bussola is a good hotel which wide and confortare rooms. The service is professional and staff is friendly.

Elegant and refined is suitable for business meetings and commemorations. I participated in a gala lunch of the Association Blue Ribbon and I appreciated the environment laden with precious collections that evoke the good times past and that soothe the soul and the heart. The kindness and service of the people working, make excellent the hangout. I congratulate the cooks for the excellent cuisine rich in delicacies and very digestible.

Great value for money. Staff really helpfull. Parking outside for the car no fee. Rooms excellant size with trimmings. But tucked away behind shopping centre not easy to find unless you have exact address.

This is a nice hotel, although a bit quirky in it's decor. The staff was very friendly and the hotel seemed quite clean. The room was decent sized and the waterpressure in the bathrooms was outstanding.

Five nights spent in this hotel. Good for the rooms but the food is not at the level. Nothing in the plates, very mediocre quality. For breakfast it is better to get up very early because at 8 am the buffet is empty and they do not replenish it so you have to spend breakfast. The staff at the front desk is unpleasant.

A nice hotel in a great location in Novara. Modestly priced with rooms that are on the larger side compared to the European standard. Everyone that works there is helpful and friendly. The breakfast wss just OK. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. Easy walk to the town center. Also, it's located very close to a Carrefour store in case you need any last minute items. Would stay here again.

Elegant Hotel decentralized by the centre of Novara, extremely spacious and comfortable rooms, even the bathroom is huge. Breakfast was very good and the room was clean. The lobby is very special, classic style, with many cuckoo clocks. This hotel seems to be much appreciated by the sports teams, and in the lobby you see many testimonials of this. Public parking in the area or within walking distance. Worth the price you pay.

I have been here at this hotel for a week and so far, so good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a nice selection of dinner items. Free breakfast starting at 6:30AM.

I don't understand. So-so reviews. I'm currently staying and dining at the Hotel. Great rooms. No carpeting. Restaurant very good. Fair prices. If you are looking for something close to the Centre but also pretty quiet, I recommend it.

It is a four star hotel. There are many antiques such as typing machines as decoration. The rooms are very spacious as well as the washrooms.

Ruhiges etwas altmodisches Hotel. Saubere Zimmer und freundliches Personal.

On new year's Eve at Hotel la Bussola from a culinary point of view was a flop. The preparation of various dishes made miserable and poor quality, the top was reached with the main course "PORCHETTA" looked like bubble gum and finally the cotechino inedible.

A perfect 4 star hotel in the Centre of Novara, also excellent restaurant "Old pendulum".

Strange as it seems to me that in the span of 2 days are inserted well Italian and English translation with 5 positive reviews that speak with this high esteem at this hotel, and then looking good other sites there are reviews that say anything but people l've taken for dumb.

Positive: room cleaning hot. Comfort and exceptional service, great breakfast, I wanted to highlight the crucial internet services, WF, chì works with the laptop.

The judgement is definitely positive. I would recommend this Hotel especially for those arriving to Novara by car: is easily accessible, close to the city centre but away from the traffic.
At breakfast they serve an extensive buffet. If I am ever in stepping in Novara, I will most certainly at this property! Otherwise I will be suggesting to friends.
