Overall the hotel was nice, but pack light. We were on the second floor and there are 3 flights of stairs.
Rooms were good size & clean. Provided 2 bottles of water with fresh towels.
Beds & pillows were comfy.
Parking is tight! Entrance in to the court yard is smaller than normal but I made the van fit. It was a challenge.
Breakfast was delicious, coffee is self serve & the have a barista so that makes it easier.
Staff was very helpful!
The noise that the airco unit makes here is insanely loud. I really can’t recommend staying here in the summer: unless you’re into white noice at jet engine level.
Winter might be fine, and spring too. The hotel, is very central and has a parking option. But no — don’t do this to yourself.

My name is Park, and I stayed at this hotel with my wife in a double room.
At the beginning of our stay, we experienced a few issues with our room, mainly due to the hot weather, which made our stay less comfortable than expected. However, the reception team responded immediately and handled the situation with great professionalism by arranging a room change without delay.
We would especially like to thank Nicholas for his kindness, efficiency, and the excellent solution he provided. His prompt assistance completely changed our experience and made us feel truly valued as guests.
Initially, because of the problems we encountered, we thought we probably wouldn't return. However, after seeing how quickly and professionally everything was resolved, we realized it was simply an unfortunate situation rather than a reflection of the hotel's usual standards.
