We had a very warm welcome, the stuff was friendly and we could speak with them in english. The room was clean and had a very good standard. We were very happy and had a wonderful time at the B&B Hotel. We felt very safe at the area and there are good looking securieties who watch the are around the hotel 24/7. We will come back!

This is the worst hotel which I ever stayed anywhere in the world.

Don't go here! Not only is it a million miles away from everything but the rooms are dirty and very very basic! We only had one plug in our room which you could only use if you held the plug into it. There were hairs in the bed, the shower is absolutely filthy with grimey mold and smells damp and dirty because there's no fan. There is a hole in our ceiling and a massive hole in our wall were the air conditioning use to sit, the shower changes temperature while you're showering and burns you. We had to pull the light off the wall to actually turn it off because they expect you to have it on all the time. There are holes in the curtain and there is a club in the garden which is open all week so you can hear pounding music all night. There is a massive dip in both single beds in our room, the safe opens on its own and the room doesn't feel safe at all! There's two electrical boxes on the wall; not sure whether this is normal but I've never been in a hotel room with such a thing but the lights are blinding and you can't turn them off. Finally the walls are so thin you can hear someone receiving a text next door or above.

Room is modern, clean and big. Parking is a little expensive at 8 euros per night but is secure and underground. The hotel is well located on a metro line and close to china town for some good food. Would recommend for a well priced stay in Milan!

We had a folklore festival in Milano the 8-10 June and I think we were over 300 people at the hotel. We had a truly lovely stay. The location is awesome as it’s near centrum, central station, tram and lovely neighborhood as well. Cleaning every day, and beside changing towels and bed sheets, they also tidy the rooms. Only complaint could be from breakfast, as the food hall is very small for that amount of guests and limited choice regarding food. But the staff were extremely polite and helpful, which is why I give the hotel my best recommendation. Really one of my favorite stays and I’m very picky. Great modern hotel. Well located and very clean! The tram stop is right in front of the hotel and takes you to the city centre in minutes. Staff was very nice. Breakfast is nothing special, just the basics. I would recommend having breakfast somewhere else (there are so many great places to eat in Milan), so not worth paying for it at the hotel.

Nice hotel for the price. Tram and metro right outside. China town two minutes away for some easy dining. Papa Verde down the road great for pizza and pasta. Convenient location.

The hotel is comfortable, well located, just near the metro station, with the underground parking. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfy and clean. Would be great to have minibar of fridge in the room and better sound isolation. Regarding the parking it would be better to have more places reserved for the hotel guests.

Good hotel. Friendly, good Zmorgen. We felt that the situation was not a 10 out of 10. Despite the main fire brigade's main quarters, it is just off the side quite quiet.

Everything is perfect. Comfortable room with a great view of the skyline of Milan, just as requested during the booking. Quiet rooms. Very clean Not to mention the convenience and proximity to the Metro for any displacement. Recommended.

The hotel was in a quiet location very pleasant and good to find. It was well connected to public transport. Overall clean and well maintained.
Breakfast could be a little better. There were missing big cups for tea and some veggies would have been nice.

Very close to the train station The breakfast is plentiful and good. I recommend it! I also recommend a restaurant/pizzeria very close which is called "green pepper", also excellent takeaway.

I come here a lot. It is basic, clean and comfortable. The mattresses are perfect and it's not a little thing! Great breakfast lately much more varied. Great value for money especially for Milan and in last metro and tram a few meters. Recommended.

We stayed for one night! Clean, spacious and well-soundproofed room abroad! But they felt quite well the noises for the corridor! Great price! The location is quite convenient: close to both the tram and the Metro! The purple Metro is not the most comfortable for the center, but for one night and for the price I would say we are!

I stayed at this property for two nights. Clean and well-soundproofed rooms. Very practical to visit the city. Two steps away is the tram stop and the Metro. Tickets are purchased just off the metro. The hotel also has Subterrraneo garage at great price. Full 5 stars.

We stayed for a weekend to enjoy the major historic landmarks.
While being far enough away from the center is connected with the public services in a perfect way (Metro and Tram at zero meters…) The facility is nice, clean and the staff efficient.
The only downside we found is the excessive warm in the room (more than 25 degrees in the room) and the thermostat in the room did not help us change the situation.
Still very nice, with comfy beds and breakfast both salty and sweet. Come back.

It is located north of Milan, very well connected because it has a metro stop and tram very close and the rooms are small but are very well organized.

The place is really fair and good for what I paid. Clean, utilities fine, location also fine, restaurants around. The thing is that the guys next to my room (from both sides) were taking on the phone and watching TV in a decent volume and the problem were not themselves but the so thin walls.

This was the sixth or seventh time I've stayed at this property and there is a reason — it is consistent. The property is well maintained, offers a quality product for a reasonable price and the staff are all competent. Vlad deserves special acknowledgment as he always manages to exceed expectations. The only uncomfortable/negative thing that occurred during this stay was that the roomheat was a bit high for sleeping and my attempts to lower it were, for some reason, unsuccessful. I brought this to Vlad's attention the following morning and by the next evening — problem resolved. I will return to the property again on my next trip to Milan as it's location can't be beat. Close enough to the city center (with a new subway station far enough away to make downtown accessible in less than 10 minutes) but far enough away that you can get a beautiful view of the skyline and be removed from the crowds.

Good hotel located next to the subway entrance. Good price. Very friendly staff willing to help you, although only one worker spoke Spanish. The breakfast buffet is highly recommended and at a very good price considering the price of the area.

The floor of the room felt quite dirty and even though it sounds like a joke, the pillow was high, hard and uncomfortable. The soundproofing of the rooms left much to be desired. Yes, the views from the rooms on the higher floors and looking down to the graveyard, spectacular. Ask that I put in the top floor of the hotel underneath a nightclub and hear. I would not recommend it.

Great budget bed and breakfast hotel, rooms are of sufficient quality and size. Very clean and equipped with new furniture and appliances. Parking underground is 8 euro per 24 hrs (fair rate) with public alternatives. Wi-Fi works well so is the AC. Almost forgot, great staff and reception!

Good located for car and public transport. Metro around the corner. Private closed car park. Modern hotel. 1 negative remark — 2nd floor fire door was broken so when people use it its slamming and you'll wake up. Could do with more 220 wall outlets. Good and nice staff.

Really nice and clean hotel for the price. Service was kind and friendly. The air-conditioning worked perfectly. There's no mini bar in the rooms, but we didn't miss that. Really recommended if you're planning on exploring Milan.

Place was great for our one night stay. The a/c worked great and the staff was so friendly. Super close to a metro stop which gets you into town in 15 mins. They told us where to visit and let us check in early. Would recommend it to anyone!

We had a wonderful time in Milan and the hotel was very comfortable, clean and modern. The shower was lovely and bathroom immaculate. We were only 15-20 from the beautiful park, just a small walk through China town. Just a couple of points to raise. More sockets required in the rooms and a kettle to morning tea would be good.

Everything was perfect — budget, cleanness, location and hospitality. Unfortunately, the air conditioner inside the room is controlled centrally. It makes the temperature of the room became too hot and not comfortable. I would like to recommend the place to another traveler if only the AC s working properly.

We went a long time ago and I found the rooms clean and everything clean. Breakfast ok and staff ok. Much better than some all 'foreign hotels that are even worse!

The hotel is very welcoming and is situated in a good place, only a 2 minute walk from the metro stop. The room was spotless with beautiful furnishings, the bathroom was very modern and the shower was amazing! The room was cleaned everyday after we had been out and we got fresh towels and toilet roll. We had breakfast every morning which was wonderful, lots of choices and it had a nice atmosphere. All in all our stay was spectacular and we would definitely stay here again when we return to Milan!

Dirty and gross. We asked to change room because our first room was filthy. The bathroom smelled like old urine, floor all dirty, it even had a pair a smelly socks on our window. Our new room has dirty floor as well and came with a feminine pad inside the trash can. Breakfast is ok and staff is very friendly to be honest. We are travelling with a baby and certainly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is very good for the offered price, location good — centrally located, metro Cenisio only 100 meters away, service fine, very friendly staff, clean room/bathroom. The only negative thing is that the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the neighbour rooms or from the corridor. A chinese group/family who was on the same floor was very loud at midnight and they visited each other in the night, which was annoying. If you are on a budget trip, this hotel is perfect!

A really nice hotel in overall, located a bit far from the centre, but with the nearby Metro station this is not an inconvenience at all. The room was large enough for two people, very clean and it was furnished with a modern and simple style that really impressed us. We were accommodated on a high floor and the views to the Milano skyline were amazing either in the early morning or the evening. They also have a welcoming receptionist. The breakfast is offered as a fresh continental buffet with a certain level of quality. We loved the place, and when getting back to Milano, this will be our hotel again for sure.

El hotel es nuevo y está muy cuidado. Se trata de un edificio de 4 torres pero el hotel es sólo una de estas torres. Está Situado frente a la parada de Metro de Cenisio (fácil acceso a pesar de encontrarse lejos del centro). Desayuno algo escaso y sala pequeña pero hay que recordar que se trata de un B&B. La habitación perfecta y el servicio es bueno y correcto. El precio está muy ajustado por lo que teniendo en cuenta los precios de otros hoteles hace que esta opción sea muy a tener en cuenta. En definitiva: Repetiría!

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, modern and well appointed. My boyfriend and I stayed two days and really enjoyed it. Affordable prices. Will definitely be back.

I decided to book here because it is close to the metro station purple (M5) Cenisio and allows one fast motion.
Taking advantage of a promotion, I stayed 2 nights and the staff quickly shown available giving my popular demand.
The room was absolutely spacious: a single and a double bed, bathroom right but the only down fall is that there were few points of support.
Overall great hotel for its location for the configuration of the room.

Good connections to the metro and other means. Room and service.
The hotel is located in the Tower of a building that includes a total of 4, in addition to that of the other 3 towers seem to unfortunately abandoned or otherwise not completely occupied in spite of the complex is not talking bad talking so old, there would also be a fountain (I have no idea if anything active), and a park all around the towers but the only gates to access it that I saw were closed.
There is also a terrace at 5 ' plan but again the door was locked.
A few touches of color for the bed the waste I was them, pillows too low at least 1 extra fornitene!
It would have been nice to find a brochure on that visit.
Free Wi-Fi, you just have to try to figure out how to sign up and then goes ok (fb and other works even without login I think).
Digital TV and sky all in one — we do not understand a bat also or the remote control was half empty or TV did not take well the commands out of bed, it's smart TV is of little value if not then I can streammarci over the contents of my cell for some odd reason (maybe a function blocked? ).
Breakfast is another strange, wasn't included but ultimately if the babe gets into 2 costs 10 € while most publicized the fact that cosi 7 € per person. Acceptable breakfast in a room maybe not too spacious but finally ok.
Thanks to the new metro area's development and I hope in future improvements.

Rooms have been OK. Breakfast was OK. Many small details haven't been as expected. All in all it was OK to stay here for 2 night's.

Modern interior, very clean, modern bathroom with spacious shower, Heating perfect, smart tv, Wi-Fi and Sky in the room free of charge. The only down fall is the pillow too thin otherwise deserved 5 stars … but I slept the same divinely.

An excellent choice when in Milano for business or tourism. Very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bathroom with all amenities, elegant minimal furnishing, professsional and very polite staff to welcome you and meet your needs day and night. The rooms amenities much a 4* hotel. Very good american breakfast. Easy access to the city centre. While you are staying at B&B, don't miss a visit to one of the most important sights in Milano, the monumental cemetery, just a few meters away. You will see exquisit sculptures! I highly recommend B&B hotel and it is going to be the only hotel I will be choosing every time I return to Milano.

Simple but clean and because of the renovation quiet hotel and perfect in our opinion for a Milano city trip. The hotel also has a parking garage and the tram station is near by.

Pro's: + Clean and modern rooms + Bathrooms maybe not vast, but provide enough space, everything is new and very clean. It has everything needed incl. Hair dryer and bidet + Fast Wi-Fi, available in the rooms and common areas. + Large flat screen TV (not an interest of mine but for those who care) + 24/7 available Reception + Good price for value Con's: — You get charged 8€ per day extra for the so-called "local tax" whatever it means. — People in the reception are kind but not always competent. They directed us to a wrong room but they could solve the problem in the next attempt — Difficult to park your car around. The parking of the hotel is closed and practical but costs 8€ per day. — The location is far from anything in Milan except "cimitero monumentale". It's a problem if you are going to use public transport or taxi.
