I stayed last night in Apartment 3, along with my fiancee.
Positive notes: Emanuela at the reception always helpful and polite; The location and the proximity to the stops of the main public transport lines to reach the center; The décor of individual apartments.
Negative notes: The cleanliness of the apartment in general: hair (others) present everywhere; Unusable Kettle and citrus squeezers (kettle with a finger of dirt inside — citrus fruit squeezers had obvious residues; small colonies of ants in the living room and in the bathroom; noises (all night) coming not only from the street, but also From the inside of the building.
I don't think I will return, but I applaud Emanuela in reception.
