Close to the Metro. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Poor receptionist Service The rest I have not got to try it… but usually from the presentation you understand already how it can be the service, so I would say to avoid absolutely. After asking for information, passed a few days I respond giving me the availability of the room, I ask how to do to confirm but… three days after no answer. I write again to ask how to fix… I am told that now the room is no longer available. Absurd.

Close to city center, cheap and extremely kind workers.

Basic Hotel, very, and a bit expensive for the level (the neighborhood however is worthwhile)

Although in the room there is a ban on smoking a very strong smell of smoke impregnated the entire room.

Good location. However, the room next to the bed had a bidet, sink and shower cubicle. Very strange, but convenient:) The whole thing is good;)

Cheap place in central area and well served. Excellent hospitality and always available for every need. The cleanliness of the bathroom in the room was not the top but the room was clean. Do 4 stars deserved for the excellent compromise quality price.

An example that good managed hotels can be both budget concious and dignitous. Strongly reccomanded. Simple, surelly not luxury, but clean and confortable. New furnitures.

The hotel and the staff are perfect. The establishment is in a very good area and there are a lot of points do eat and to use the public transportation. The staff are very cosy and them can speack English, Germany and Portuguese.

I had small room with tiny shower, sink & bidet (?!? ), toilet was on the hall. Air conditioned. Probably not easy to find parking spot for car near the hotel. For someone on the bike not really an issue ;). Everything including price was ok.

Almost of hotels in Milano was booked and in good location was just this hotel, but when I came there it was really very bad (smoked rooms, cold, furniture very old). For the same price it is easy to find much better 3-4* hotels.

With the same budget, just go to a higher than 9 score hostel. There was no heating until the second day, and when there was it was not functioning in the following evening (Milan is very cold). It was clean overall, but I found a disturbing long hair in the shower head. There were new sheets, but underneath a blanket which I'm not sure if it was disinfected — was very itching + they cold have put a duvet instead (again, city's very cold)

Close to metro and a cool bar called Milano. Wifi sucks super hard. Place was clean and seemed safe.

Nicely located near the metro and some bars. Wifi suuuuucks and I get a whiff of sewage when the toilet is flushed, but that part is probably just bad luck on them. Good AC and the walls aren't thin. Make you leave the key when you go out for the day.
