Not a bad place to stay overnight, the most essential available, the location is convenient to visit the central part of the city.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms are average same like breakfest. Our room in Four floor was good Because we have big terrace. Reception with no problem.

Shower: broken. Sink: broken. TV: broken. Curtains: do not close! No pillowcases. Outlets: 1. AC: barely 'works'. Prices: not as quoted. Staff (this is family owned and operated) : could not care less.

Racist and unhelpful staff, rooms less than 3 star, blocked sink, horrible and flat pillows. Breakfast condiments that run out. No provision for gluten or lactose intolerant guest. I wouldn't recommend it or visit it again.

Good hotel clothes to the tram stop 2 min. Nearby there are many restaurants and 2 supermarket. Town center 20min with tram. Staff are very helpful. Room are ok.

Hotel run by the same oriental family. The photos do not coincide with the reality, at least we did not get into those rooms, and I doubt that the Haiga. The reception and the meeting/breakfast room yes.
They charge 4 euros per person for the tourist tax. Then, asking not all hotels charge it.
Just the son of that family arrived. That is the receptionist… It makes us very clear that he only speaks Italian.
The rooms we saw were too small for two people, so much so that we had to give way to move in it. The last day of stay at 10:30h in the morning. A gentleman comes and tells us in Italian that you have to bring a bed…
It turns out they had "accommodated" a indivual room for two people in single beds.
The décor of the room and the second floor which is where we were four. It was a pity. Years 70/80, upholstery in floors and obsolete furniture.
Breakfast service, another odyssey. The mother who serves in the multiroom. It is attentive and helpful, but with a character…
The Buffet was a valda on the wall with bottles of juices, milk, cereals and bread brand Lidl.
The hotel has a loading and unloading area, but it is used by the father of this family to park his magnificent Mercedes.
I honestly don't recommend this hotel. For us it is a stain on our trip through Milan.

They cancel our room on the morning and want to seel us the double. And they do not want to speek with us only in italien.

Disappointed… the walls are as thin as a sheet of paper we hear all that what happens in the hotel the rooms are not finished (the flap broken, a shower leaking) and the room is just tidy when you stay several nights, the sheets are not changed brief we do not RET Ournera more in this hotel…

The room was not too big but very clean. Te staff are great, so kindly. From the centrale station is easy to arrive. You have to take the line 5 of the metro, hey down from the metro at garibaldi stop and take the line two. Your stop is celsio. You can arrive at he hotel by foot is near. In the hotel, s way you can find a supermarket.

Located about 30 minutes from the center of Milan, but right in front has a tram stop, which is well connected MU. It is true that its 3 stars are excessive but not bad at all. The room was very good and the staff were very nice and the rooms were very comfortable. Some rooms have a terrace. It has a lift, own bar and has no parking.

Rooms are clean with a very nice bathroom, staff is nice, location is convenient, breakfast is average. The only downside was the noise (our door needed some grease).

It is about half an hour from the center of Milan, this well communicated through the public transport. The facade is ugly, but this newly refurbished inside and is a marvel to spend a few days and get to know the city.

Hotel that is not worth the 3 stars it has. It looks outward as a hotel for prostitutes, run by Chinese. The room was obscene! It smelled damp. In fact the ceiling was "frescoed" in various places by large patches of damp with sometimes pieces of falling paint. The curtains probably never washed also had tears or lacerations. The air conditioner better not put it into operation because it was already glimesed by the amount of dust that was inside. Hairs, hair and to my disgust even a cotton fiok on the ground have welcomed me. The bathroom over the usual damp stains on the ceiling that smelled bad, had the taps encroated and now completely scromati… A 1-star hotel bathroom at most. Pillows you have to be lucky to find a clean one since mine was inside completely yellowed by body fluids of the people who used it. No positive rating since the breakfast room looked nice but I realized that on the ground in plain sight there were cockroach traps. The absurd thing is that you are not in the center in Milan and the cost of this havoc was 200 euros for a double per night!

Very old and absolutely tiny room but it's cheap so you get what you pay for. However, this is not an excuse for poor service. The hotel staff was very reluctant to provide any service, e. G. They didn't even want to give us a 2nd Wi-Fi access code (each code can only be used on one device so for 2 people you would at least expect to be given 2 codes? We also asked for extra pillows because they were very flat. They could only give us one extra as they said they've run out! Very disappointed with the service overall. Room was not sound proof — I even heard my neighbour's mobile phone vibrating! Wifi was very unreliable and kept dropping off.

The rooms are very small, but perfect for sightseeing, breakfast in line with the price, a little awkward for media, recommended for those who leave in the morning and return in the evening.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. The bathroom had no window and no properly working ventilation either. It was full of fungus and smelling really bad. The floor in the whole room was dirty and visible dusty. We asked for some extra blankets as it was cold and the only one we got with the room was very thin. In the end we got a very thick winter blanket, but it was extremely stinky and without any cover. Moreover we were able to hear every word and cough of the other hotel guests. Breakfast was also very dull and all in all our stay was extremely disappointing.

I stayed here when I attended the Italian Grand Prix. Because I left early each morning I was unable to use the breakfast facilities, and I didn't try out the Wi-Fi. However the hotel in general, and room, were clean, the bathroom likewise and the reception staff friendly and helpful in English. I'd definitely consider using it again.

Broken heating, their free hotspot barely works at all, small rooms.
