Excellent location within walking distance of main center city attractions. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Double glazing seals traffic noise effectively thought the tram's vibrations and rumble are still noticable. Word of caution — house keeping is using excessive (! ) amount of fragrance spray. I'm not sensitive to smells and still it gave me terrible headache each time I entered the room. No complimentary water bottles thought its an expensive 5 hotel.
➜ We stayed in apartment 212, well renovated recently and very comfortable, two bedrooms a spacious living area, a nice modern bathroom and two terraces overlooking Via Mercato, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, coffee machine, washing machine and full kitchen, nothing to complain about. If we really want to find a flaw the noise of trams and cars was a bit annoying for those like us who are used to living in a residential area not very central and quiet but this is negligible given the excellent location of the apartment, about 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral and well served by public transport. The receptionist Elisa was very happy to contact us and help us in the choice of itineraries, exhibitions and typical restaurants useful for our stay, a special thank you to her.
