Perfect central location, prestigious building in impeccable condition, very nice rooms with lots of greenery and do not miss the roof top bar on the 7th floor for a superb view of Milan and excellent cocktails.

This hotel is delightful, one of my faves in the history of my travels. Friendly staff, all of whom graciously spoke English with us, beautiful and spacious rooms, gorgeous rooftop garden, and a breakfast that is to die for. It is also extremely convenient to Teatro alla Scala and the Duomo. I highly recommend this hotel.

Surprise 40th birthday present for my husband and it was a huge hit! Cannot fault the extremely helpful staff, the suite was a lovely size with a balcony and jacuzzi bath. The amazing concierge, Riva, couldn’t have been any better at what she does! She even arranged for champagne and fresh fruit to be delivered to our room before dinner on my husbands birthday. Breakfast is a wide selection of fruit, pastries, breads, cheeses and cooked food while listening to live piano music. Fabulous hotel, would definitely recommend!

Amazing breakfast. Small rooms but clean. Good location.

Room was good quality and sufficient, but breakfast was lacking with bad quality meat (bacon, sausages). The 'hot' food section was cold when I got there. Live harpist was nice and the building overall had a homely modern feel to it.

Staff friendly and helpful. Very good aperitif and cocktails prepared very well. The fantastic simple terrace view.

Ordered suite for 3 people (2 adults — child) for a month. When he arrived at the room it was impossible to be in it due to the sudden unpleasant smell. We changed the room for the same price for two standard, as there were no other options. The standard rooms looked very old and dirty, plus they didn't have air conditioning. Just as poorly served at breakfast. The hotel as a whole deserves two stars, no more.

Very neat and attentive boutique hotel. Close to shopping, and restaurants. The staff were also very friendly and helpful with advice on where to go and eat in Milan. It’s also close to a cool park, which was great for running.

Very nice hotel. Numbers Junior suite two storied. Give in the rooms a free smartphone with free 4G and calls abroad. I'm impressed.

The room was a little small but very clean. It's is centrally located. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It offers a great selection of food for the all inclusive breakfast. During breakfast there is a live piannist or harp player which is a great treat.

Beautiful lobby, bar is excellent great drinks and service, price is reasonable. I did not stay overnight so no comments on room. Crowd is 30s 40s midweek.

I was there one morning to work on a photo shoot. It is in a central location, accessible by walking for 5 min from the metro station Cairoli. It is very well furnished and clean, in the rooms nothing is missing, and the common areas are cozy and cared for in the slightest detail. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Highly km0 products and overlooking the garden is a place where you go for the view and a good wine. Not recommended if you are of those who drink = binge. 4 stars because the guys were a little too present in asking for feedback. Recommended booking.

Wonderful stay! Friendly and helpful staff, room small compared to U. S. Hotels but all new/modern and extremely clean. Love the jasmim smell from the outside. Perfect location (Breda) even though we had a rental car, we parked it at the hotel garage we did not use while in Milan. We walked from hotel to great restaurants and to all main attractions (Last Supper, Duomo, Scala Theater, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele). Amazing breakfast which includes a harp player (relaxing songs that made our day). I definitely recommend this hotel and will be back.

A small and good hotel in the heart of Milan. Nice personnel. Good breakfast always included (although if the orange juice had been natural it would be better). We were charged twice for the room and have to wait for 15 days to get the money back although, to compensate, they upgraded our room to a bigger one.

Staff Service professional, room clean and comfortable, spacious lighting effect is very good, bed is also soft and comfortable, there are free breakfast, free Wi-Fi. Nearby you can shop and visit.

Varied somewhat wracked production please.
Last thing: I love Massimo Murru, our wonderful Etoile scaligero who was always overshadowed by even good and handsome Roberto Bolle.

Hotel liked us, but we are of the opinion that to get this service in Germany with at least €100 less also. The cold scrambled eggs and cold Bacon for breakfast were small shortcoming. Beaten on the stomach us but is the parking garage. It has assigned an underground place us upon arrival did not belong to the hotel while he was in the immediate vicinity. This is subject to a charge it has completely concealed. Later we learned that then the hotel underground car park was full. Two days then cost€ 45. We made a request for the travel guide whether this cost will be refunded. At such a price, one can expect free parking. Answer is still out. So please take care on arrival.

The terrace is nice but uninspiring much, purchasing the "basket" it becomes imperative for a complete experience of the aperitif.

I've been to an aperitif on the terrace on the seventh floor where you can enjoy a great view.
Rich aperitivo and of excellent quality, with spritz served in generous glass jars. Staff extremely courteous and polite, attentive to guests ' requests.
