On a nice little square. In the center of a very nice part of Milan. Walking tour of beautiful places.

Not really a 4 star hotel! Room cramped but redone recently. Good location, friendly staff. I find the price of the room high compared to the size of the room and the service offered.
Quality of the pitiful Wi-Fi 256 KB It's outrageous in 2018. If you want better you have to pay 5 or 10 euro!

The hotel is well located. The reception staff is very nice. The rooms are however dilapidated and poorly soundproofed. The heating of the bathroom does not serve much.

Extremely poor experience. The location and staff are nice. BUT the hotel would need a big refresh, the wallpaper is scratched at many emplacement, the beds are awful and it is very poorly isolated (the walls are thin as paper). As a result you can hear all your neighbors moves and talks as if they were in the same room. To summarize this hotel is by far overrated and overpriced.

All very courteous, Bell hotel but the room, a double, was very small and very old, looked very clean except for a surprise under the bed, experience all in all positive although I saw the rooms of the first floors that are just renovated, with Big TV and definitely much nicer, the disappointment is that the price is equal so it depends on luck.

Pleasant stay with exceptional service. Not really 4* facilities and overpriced extras, but I suppose that is standard for Milan centre.

Charming Hotel with newly refurbished rooms equipped with all comforts.

The hotel’s location is fantastic (10 minutes by taxi from the central station and 10 minutes by walk from Duomo). The staff are friendly and helpful, ambience was welcoming. The rooms are brand new and amenities are well stocked. The only criticism is that the breakfast selection is very small.

The hotel is positioned very well and very central' everything is within walking distance. The hotel itself is nice I functional but I would say a bit too over priced for what it is. I've booked a double bed room and when we turned up there were builder in the corridor working with saw dust everywhere. After a few hours they had done and left. The breakfast isn't great. There is minimal choice between the tiny pastries, some tinned fruits and few parma hams slices. Would be nice to have a breakfast that compliments the price you pay for the rom. The stuff are friendly and helpful.

Friendly but ambiguous environment… extravagant rooms… A good connoisseur, a few words.

Claustrophobic single room. Bathroom suitable for a contortionist, the toilet wedged between the washbasin and the bidet. Floor with carpet full of dust; Old furniture and heating rumorosissimo not to be able to sleep. Bad experience.

Perfect location and stuff. Awful beds and pillows and internet!

Great location Breakfast leaves a little to be desired.

Hotel with the pretension of a 4 star but barely a 3. Single microscopic room with a bathroom completely out of the norm in terms of Accessibility. Stable Vetusto. Very good location.

Superb service. Lovely for pet travel. Excellent location. Just a bit dated but part if the overall charm.

Gemütliches Hotel mit relativ kleinen Einzelzimmern. Aufgrund des Kongresses sind die Übernachtungspreise eher hoch.

Do not stay here unless you call before hand and check to make sure the construction is finished. Myself and several other guests were woken up to loud construction sounds happening directly above us on the next floor of the hotel.

Decent rooms. Friendly staff. Elevator is very slow. AC is good. Bathtub in our room. Overall a solid 4 out of 5 for the price of 65 eur a night.

It's not a 4 star for sure. We stayed in three different room in this hotel on two different occasions. The rooms are reasonable but the standard greatly differs from room to room. Few are very good and few are just basic. The breakfast is very basic and one would say that in this money, one would get something better. The hotel staff is very helpful and make considerable effort to make the guests comfortable. The best thing about the hotel is its location… in 2 minutes, you are in the market… lot of places to walk around.

Only favorable note no doubt the location, rooms in my opinion not up to the standard, does not have a garage, the Wi-Fi is paid for… 5 Euros of sojourn tax.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Very close to major attractions. Quiet location. Public parking difficult in AM hours. Very good rates on line.

Central, very clean, breakfast plentiful (but not international, there are only sweet food) and staff court and very helpful.
The furnishings are a little older but I must say that for a business trip or a short holiday offers many comforts.
The small bathroom, but served with clean tablecloths every day, soaps, shampoo and Bubble bath.

Very comfortable and excellent location. Breakfast should be more complete.

Things to remember if the location is our priority otherwise be avoided. Hotel not kept that survives in memory of a glorious past, evidently.

I paid 125 euros per night for being in a room with bathroom ceiling dripping and sagging. 4stars require quite a commitment!

Rooms small but comfortable, friendly and central area but not chaotic.

Is small the room, the bathroom is also small.

Great service and hospitality. Rooms lived up to expectations. Recommended.
