Colazione mediocre… Stava senza prese.

Internet did not work in my room, room very small.

A stone's throw from the Duomo is a 4-star back in an alley, very comfortable (silence, quality bedding, spacious room) and very cheap.

Staff deserve a better hotel
Booked a single-use double, I ask for a change for the noise of the air conditioner absolutely impossible. The only solution is a single solution on the ground floor, only slightly noisy, which I accept. Very old hotel, last intervention at least 70s. Tiny bathrooms, no mixers, electrical systems at the limits of safety. Fridge bar off in both rooms and empty (apart from a disconsolate bottle of water). Dilapidated furniture. Good cleaning (only point along with the kindness of the staff). Good location.
The price was very attractive, but I do not understand equally how it can keep 4 stars for merits "historic" a hotel in these conditionse.
I put two stars out of respect for the staff, always kind and present. I will avoid it in the future.

Worst service ever, The refrigerator didn’t work at all, when we ask for replacement, they said that it’s impossible and even not try to replace a room number. Don’t go there. About the answer from the hotel: if my staff was at my room number and I didn’t need to go to the lobby for that, it would not happened at all. Telling me that now you fixed the refrigerator not helping me. You could compensate for the aggravation and not letting me get involved with a foreign shipping company and send it to me.

Great location! But not a 4 star hotel. Wi-Fi is extremely slow and can hear conversations in other rooms. Hotel lacks amenities like iron box.

Excellent location in the centre of Milan just a short distance from Piazza Duomo. Standard room spotless but not up to a 4 star as it should be renovated. The accommodation for a single night was still more than dignified: comfortable bed and staff extremely polite and helpful. Next time I will try a superior room.

The best hotel in Milan for location and value for money, the staff is very kind and can advise you on all the events and restaurants you should not miss in the city.

Hotel in the center of Milan. Small and graceful seems to come out of a return to a place full of old Fasti. Definitely comfortable and well disposed. Nice and friendly staff Well-kept structure and cleaning services and adequate amenities.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Also the cleanliness of the rooms is very accurate. But the structure needs a general renovation, both in detail and in the distribution of interior spaces.

Super Central Hotel a 5 minute walk from the Duomo and 10 min from Cadorna station. Even better than the location the service, for the kindness and friendliness of the people who work there, especially Federica and Iacopo. Also the rooms are super clean and genteel. Recommended!

Brilliant scenery! A luxury walk along Lake Di as a waterway and get off at different locations! To visit it!

I slept one night in a single room. The room was small and furnished with a style, and probably even furnishings, of several years ago. Wi-fi in the absent room. Breakfast without infamy and without praise. From a four star I expected more. The only thing you save is the location.

Lovely helpful staff. 5 minutes from Duomo. Breakfast downstairs, looked fine but did not appeal to me. Room layout not so good. Not carpeted, marble floor, a little cold for winter time. However slippers were provided. Ronan.

I start from the first impact: staff really courteous and helpful, attentive to any kind of need.
Furnished with vintage pieces and meticulous attention to detail, offers surprises! It has in fact relaxing corners in the common areas really unexpected and delicious.
Coming to the rooms, very clean and comfortable.
Tasty Breakfast with variety of cakes to try with curiosity every morning.
Then, what about the location! Really a stone's throw from the Duomo!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel close to the old town and next to restaurants. Good location close to Central station to go to the airport.

The hotel is not bad for the price but we have had a lousy experience with the guy at the front desk.

BIG WARNING TO TRAVELLERS Wouldn't recommend this place, unless you only want somewhere to store your luggage.
We stayed our last two nights in Italy and they were by far the worst nights we have had anywhere ever. We stayed on the 4 th floor with no air conditioning suffered through one night and was told some bullshit story the aircon was getting fixed the following day. The following day came no aircon working still so we asked for another room or refund they offered another room so we packed everything up moved to floor 3 to find this room was a tiny bit cooler but still no aircon working and wasn't possible to open window because there was a hostel opposite the room that was playing music and drinking on there balcony at 4 In the afternoon so we had no option but to go back to the original room which we thought would give us some chance to sleep. They tried to tell us more lies to try and cover there ass about not giving a refund and said if we would like to go to another accommodation that would be fine with them, yet they weren't going to organise and pay for it.
Please don't book HERE pay more money for somewhere with aircon that works and maybe a working shower. I forgot to mention we couldn't open the window in the original room because it was above there courtyard where the smokers sat so the only cool fresh air was smoke, it might be ok if your a smoker.

Nice place ideally located to visit Milan. Cleaned room and friendly staff.

Great hotel with clean, nicely decorated rooms. Some rooms even have balconies. The staff is always ready to help. It is located in walking distance to everything.

The Hotel is centrally located a few minutes from Piazza del Duomo, you breathe a familiar and serene air.
The staff is friendly and professional, the room clean and fragrant like the common areas.
Recommended for any type of trip.

No Wi-Fi, small room with single bed, basic shower and another age, all in a dubious style.
Only positive point the location which is nice. If you are looking for comfort do not stop here.

4 star Hotel? Without words… the room is the one in the picture (you comment alone, Room 104), the guy from the front desk informed us that the room cost 150 euros, we paid and serene we went up to the room. The same evening we were asked for another 10 euros for taxes. They ruined my weekend. I do not take it with them, but with those who gave the stars to this hostel. Good things: The front desk guy was very kind.

Everything perfect, only the Wi-Fi only available in public areas. Al 2016. Should be fixed this. Otherwise ok.

The hotel itself is nice, clean and the staff is helpful and professional. The rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast is superb. Niggles: for nothing soundproofed, faces a hostel and until 01.30 you can't wink. The tram that apparently stopped in the room didn't help. The shower was clogged and take a shower may not be so simple. I don't understand the 4 star hotel.

Nothing fancy, but much more than adequate for the price, especially considering how prune the location is. This is, after all, Milan. All you need us a place to sleep, the rest of the time you should be on the town. Room and en suite bathroom were clean and comfortable.

Good location and price. The room was nice, comfortable bed and clean room. The only issue we had at the hotel was that the security gate to the balcony was not working properly in our room. Also one of the employees on the reception had a little bit of attitude. Not perfect but a good stay.

Check in process really slow. The building is so old. You can hear the voice from next room or room above you. Limited amenities in the hotel room. Bathroom water was leaking in our room. It feel like 2.5 star hotel. But the location is great great great.

Friendly and attentive staff. Very well and centrally located, only 8min. Walk up to the Cathedral and 10 min. The Navigli neighbourhood. Rooms are a bit dated but kept clean. Price performance is right.
