Location, room, service, breakfast and coffee, everything was wonderful! I strongly recommend to stay at this hotel if you would like to spend your time in the city center.

Everything you need for a short visit to Milan. Modestly, but that's enough.

Very nice place. Quiet and great staff. Dining room is right off the lobby. Food is good. Good pour at the bar. Convenient to Milan attractions. Good bang for the Euro. Excellent for travelers on a budget but who want to be close to the sites. M.

Is OK for a 4 nights business/ pleasure trip. Bed super comfortable, air conditioned, good breakfast. Was nothing not to like.

Hotel front desk were fine with help. ThT is the best I can say for the hotel. Maid service poor. Hotel restaurant — well my wife was told she had to order two corses or couldnt stay. She tried to taste the first course and said to the waiter take this back. He started to question the request saying how could you. A second waiter comes running over in panic yelling what do we say to the chef I took a taste of the food and said to the waiters — tell him that the dish was awful. The waiter says then says you have to get used to the smell and taste and my answer was just take it back. The hotel's rooms are in terrible shape. Wood bases were torn and warped. Just don't go. It is true that it is close to the galleria but so are many other hotels.

Stayed many times when working close by. Very reliable service and great staff. Can recommend.

Although with old furnishings, the hotel is very convenient (centre of Milan). Station rooms and bathrooms well clean and functional. Breakfast Small but very functional fitness room.

Cozy, clean, inexpensive. There are flaws in the work of cranes and window fittings (have not been repaired for a long time).

Cozy place, in the heart of Milan, two steps away from everything, clean rooms, equipped with all possible comforts, luxury with a comfortable bed, the room we stayed in was a triple with a beautiful bathroom with hydro massage shower, the buffet was great and very Rich and the staff is good and friendly.

The hotel looks very good, with very elegant lobby and staff at the desk professional and polite. The rooms are spacious but with very simple décor, in general nothing special in relation to the price. Too bad for the lack of something offered in the room, like a small bottle of water or a salatino, instead the costs of the minibar are elevated (bottle of water to 3 euros). Breakfast is served from 6.30 is good and very varied, between salty and sweet.

The location of this hotel is ideal! It's a very short walk to the Duomo. However, there is no sound proofing. I could hear the TV in the room next to me blaring. And the staff was unable to provide me (the tourist) recommendations for sight seeing other than the obvious attractions which were close by. In addition, I did ask for a restaurant recommendation and after reading the reviews on that restaurant decided to find one on my own; the reviews for the restaurant they recommended had been reviewed by others as overpriced, poor service and also recommended by their hotel by what they assumed was a kickback the hotel received for recommending the restaurant. The room was clean. But the service left me feeling like I was an annoyance for asking for recommendations on what to see or where to eat.

Good location and large rooms. The Wi-Fi (internet) signal was unstable and very weak. Despite our complaints nothing was done by the staff to solve the problem.

Very good location the Milan near the Duomo, has a good and cheap rest open to all public, there are always few people.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The concierges were very rude and unfriendly both when we're entering the hotel and when one of us asked where the restroom is. For the former, I didn't see the concierge at first because I was occupied with paying the taxi driver, but he tucked on the luggage I'm holding and practically snatched it away. He even looked annoyed that I ignored him, even tho I didn't mean to. For the latter, my father was looking around the lobby for the restroom, and one of the concierges asked him what he's doing and then told him where the restroom is in a very unfriendly tone. Furthermore, the reception didn't even look at us when talking to us. And why would you need 10 minutes to return our passport when we're checking in? What are you doing with our passport? I've never seen a hotel that does that. Would not recommend, unless you don't mind bad service and just want the good location.

The rooms are stuffy, the breakfast is skimpy, I would have given 3 stars.

Very nice and friendly Hotel. Well furnished. Maximum cleanliness even in the bathrooms. The staff is very friendly. With free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is very plentiful and for all tastes. It is located a few steps from the Duomo and the metro stops. The prices are not low but considering the place and the property, they are fair. Recommended for working nights and short stays.

It's a fantastic place where it's situated … staff are good and humble people … we would prefer the same hotel to stay in future … every important place is a 10 mins walk from here …

If you are into hotels with good service, fair price, and fantastic location, this is the place. The building is not new or even modern, but is kept in great condition; to me the only real limitation (and the reason not to give them a 5-star review) is the very limited English proficiency shown by the staff. Both tram and subway are easily accessible within three blocks, and being just by Piazza del Duomo puts a lot of cool places within walking distance and every possible source of tourism information available almost at arm's length.

Definitely a four star hotel, well located (near the Duomo and the State University). The restaurant also offers a good choice on the menu, with traditional dishes and other more innovative. Quiet and well equipped rooms. Mine, however, with two windows, on two opposite sides, both with view… on backyards…

Very good localization, very close to Duomo, rooms are clean but small. Italian style breakfast and good coffee.

I stayed with my wife from the 30th. 12 to 01.01 Camera 630. I'il be there at 1pm. 30 and the porter, Rude Elder, tells me that I must wait at least two hours because the room is not ready since it was freed at 12, 00. I note through the tablet that on the site of the hotel is reported the entrance at 1pm and exit from 12 to 12, 30 then either change the directions on their site or adapt to the same. The porter is annoyed. Back after two hours I find the room ready and other goalkeeper more sympathetic and younger. Large room and comfortable bed. The bathroom has a shower inside a vetusta tub system for me inconvenient. In the room there are ample curtains and carpet badly dusted in fact immediately the allergy takes the upper hand. Regrettable that some customer leaves the breakfast tray laid on the floor along the hallway and stays there for many hours. Normal that the management to block the amount of money from the credit card I communicated at the time of booking but irrituale that after I made the payment of the room The block was not immediately removed (I had to phone to solicit). It was a very nice breakfast. In summary my impression is that of a hotel with great potential but endowed with the organizational inefficiencies of the staff that I did not think, in individual cases, up to the task (I pay you if you are wrong you do not dry but sorry).

The staff are friendly but professional, there is everything you might need (gym included) and the rooms are OK. Breakfast is very good but not 5 *:) Overall I found myself well.

Almost all the staff friendly, very central location and breakfast plentiful and varied. Only a little old furniture, I do not mean for the style but for the state of preservation: chipped here, laundry there…

A real vintage hotel, but very comfortable. A few minutes walk from the Duomo. Rich breakfast, rooms equipped with all the Necessaire: Slippers, Bath set, toothbrush. Recommended, but not for those looking for fancy places.

Perfect location. Metro round the corner and tram. Main square couple of minutes by foot. Great room with a lovely bed, makes you sleep really good. Helpful friendly staff. Will return if back in Milano.

If you want to move through the historic center of Milan, is a perfect hotel, but not renewed since 1980.

Horrible experience with a concierge staff named Boris! If that's his real name, obviously an immigrant from west Central Asia. I would not recommend this place to anyone to get this kind of harassment over a passport not being registered even though they didn't even ask it during my check in. Rude to a point of having a shouting match with him in the middle of the night.

Very good location. Easy to reach the doumo-like 10 min walk. The reception arr friendly and helpful and knowledgable about surrounding area. Room is nice. Not the best view though, but for this price i'd say you are getting what you paid for.
