Whilst I am sure the hotel is beautiful, I have been unable to visit due to the coronavirus and our airline cancelling our flights due to the virus. Upon correspondence with the concierge they have been most unhelpful and on several occasions RUDE! As a focal point for the business and point of contact for customers I would expect a helpful approach however there has been no compromise/help/advice given and as such I am still awaiting the terms and conditions of the business to enable me to progress this further.

You are the most irresponsible manager, I paid $ 350 and I could not come because of the Corona virus flights were canceled and there is a state of emergency in the country. Many Milan hotels have refunded or disbursed it.

Very cool hotel rooms where spotless and very comfortable staff where Polite and helpful 5 stars.

Great hotel … near the tram and good hospitatlitt.

Pros : helpful staff, clean place, big and very comfortable bed (double). Cons : the shower was clogged, the Wi-Fi wasn't working with android phones, the electricity suddenly went out while using hair dryer (tho staff worked this issue out very fast), the variety of breakfast food was on the poor side. No omelet or something warm. Every day once you get back you're greeted with a very cold room. Of course, it's nice to have air conditioning but it was too much. But considering the price it's a nice place to stay.

Rooms are clean and with balcony is that, perfect for smokers. When eating, unfortunately, there is not much choice. It is easy to get to public transport. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… This is a basic hotel however the rooms are clean, tidy and well equipped. Although I'm not really into the graffiti deco on the stairwell, it fits in with the hotel's namesake by mimicking the Berlin wall. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included however it's very basic — we chose to eat breakfast out instead. The location is a little far out but there is a tram 5 minute walk away which takes you into the centre. (I believe the location is reflected in the price) There a few really nice restaurants within close proximity of the hotel.

Bring ear plugs! One of those times where you get what you pay for. This cannot be a three star hotel if you can hear your neighbours on both sides! Walls are too thin to get any sleep! Area is ok, not the best. Does not really show you Milan, just cheap! Dated, yes but that is not a problem. All I needed was sleep and that is not possible here. Pay a couple euros more for something a little better.

I had been, hotel clean, quiet, good breakfast but very bad Wi-Fi I asked to check-in and I did not do it the other day I asked the girl and if she did, aah and eye the taxes per person.

Clean and tidy (rooms cleaned and towels change every day).

We were there over Easter, all the staff were very friendly. The rooms were adequate for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was plenty of choice. We would stay there again at any time.

Clean and good hotel with friendly staff. There are some bars around, but nothing more. However, it does not take long to reach the center by public transport.

Basic Hotel, but clean, friendly staff and with the tram n14 nearby that takes you downtown.

Really good hotel for a very cheap price. We stayed in a double room with a balcony-terrace for three nights for about 180€. Good breakfast included and very clean accomodations.
The area is a bit dodgy but it's very well connected to the centre; it takes about five minutes by tram.

Good value for money to get to know the city. It is not in the center, but you can get to the Duomo directly by tram. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and the hotel breakfast is pretty good for the room rate. Recommended.

HORRIBLE Experience the hotel Berlino in Milan.  
I did not have fun to photograph everything but it was really, the worst place I put my feet in terms of hygiene the establishment is located in a neighborhood where one does not feel safe, surrounded by games rooms, sex shops and of course of Prostitutes (who besides are guests of the hotel! )  
I have never had such a terrible time. I was complaining at the reception on the day of my arrival of the conditions of the room and we were placed in the one next door… No better!
Broken shutters, air conditioning Similarly, dust to never finish… From the deli in the hallway, a lift supporting 1pers and a luggage… Anyway, I don't even know what to say so much the list is long!
As if this was not enough, we were served at breakfast dry bread, cold cuts and cheese and clearly very very very low quality. The butter smelled like cheese because it had turned.
Don't count on the hotel to put tea & coffee in your room or even in the lobby, not here you have no choice but to consume outside, never seen!  
The receptionist is unpleasant just like the one who manages the breakfast. Only the receptionist and the second "waitress" with short hair are friendly.

Friendly place, clean and Sky free… I'm very happy… modest but super good breakfast… if I return to Milan I will definitely stay at this hotel… recommended.

This is a budget hotel on the outskirts of the city centre. Good, regular transport makes this a viable option when staying in Milan. The rooms are basic however are clean and well maintained. Tea and coffee facilities are available for the room — I mention this as it's generally important to most travellers. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was continental — more than adequate.

To be a 3 star I would say good. Breakfast nothing too much but full of everything. Clean and fairly new rooms.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Nice rooms. Stable Wi-Fi. Multiple English speaking TV channels. Location could be better. Highly recommend this hotel.

The average cost for the hotel is about €70 per night. Nice and clean hotel with a question right in front of the hotel and a supermarket by the side. You may wanna try out the Shop across for very nice Philippino bread. The staff are helpful, Just ask them what you want and they are ready to aid you. Make sure you are come into the Country with Euros, else you gonna get a bad deal if you wanna exchange or better still use the ATM.

We checked-in in the afternoon (2.30pm) after a 4 hour drive so were keen on taking a shower and getting ready to go out to visit the lovely city of Milano. When I was ready to go out and was waiting for my girl to be ready herself I sat down on the bed which immediately collapsed, so I went straight to reception to report the broken bed (3.30pm) and buy tram tickets. The guy at reception immediately replied that they had no spare rooms to transfer us to and the repair guy would not be available until the next day so were basically asked to sleep in a broken bed for the first night, so I tried to put the bed back together as best as I could and we tried not to move too much so as not to fall during our sleep. The next morning we had breakfast and went to reception to report the broken bed (again) and make sure it would be fixed during the day whilst we were out visiting the Duomo… A couple of hours after we had left the hotel I received an email from agoda (third party through which we had booked) advising that they had been reported by the hotel that we had broken the bed and were requested to go back to the hotel to sort out this issue. I therefore called the hotel to find out why we were asked to ruin our day for something we had reported twice already. We were answered that they were sure it was us who broke the bed because we had reported the issue one hour after checking in and had spent the night without making a fuss about it.

Staff very nice, always present on site, Wi-Fi, room with what it takes, just the necessary.

Nice hotel, Near to the trolley station. The breakfast was good. You can use a computer and printer for free. The Internet not work very well in the room. The room has minibar, TV and AC, you can ask for a couple of cups and a electric jar.

Well located, 30 minutes by bus from the central station, close to many bus connections, good breakfast, kind personnel, rooms are decent and nice, AC, good bathroom, cheap, neighbourhood is okay.

The Hotel was clean, very helpful and welcoming. Good location. Bus Stop opposite Hotel and Tram Stop 2 min walk into City Centre. Our room was clean, quiet and the shower was amazing. Would recommend.

Close to the center and public transport, friendly hotel, good service and clean, for those who like the quiet to avoid, the acoustic insulation requires quies balls offered by the house.

Welcome not the friendliest, for breakfast very little choice and then the orange juice just infects!
No Wi-Fi for my part it wasn't working. Quite eccentric from the center of Milan Count a good thirty minutes but fairly well served with several bus stops and tram the only positive point with the cleanliness of the hotel brief overall I do not recommend this hotel!

Good service. Room too hot because the heating was high. Seemed to get into an oven. Breakfast.

Good value for money The rooms are little more than enough from the aesthetic point of view but they are clean and at the proposed price you can not want more. The proximity to the MiCo is convenient.

Decent rate. I was just looking for a clean and quiet place to sleep and I was satisfied. Everything is fine except the "Wi-Fi"

Great location, well served by public transport, a 30 min walk to the Center. Bright and colourful rooms with air conditioning, TV, bathroom with bath and shower, Wi-Fi powerful dedicated to each floor. Cleanliness of room excellent. Continental breakfast of good quality.

Mattress, blankets, sheets, 40 years-so cleaning. Thin walls: I can hear the bathroom next door … Gloomy. Nothing particular.

Very good hotel and its services. Very close to public transportation and away from the Center. I spent a great week.

A decent hotel, only about 15 min. Away from the Centre. (Tram, bus).
Rooms absolutely ok, staff very help and Nice. Breakfast ok — just Italian — but enough for all visitors. Very quiet location!
