Hotel with very polite, serious and accurate staff.
5 meters from the rail tram this hotel in my opinion is logistically flawless.
We were welcomed very well and, with 2 children, followed in all and everything.
Maybe the style is a bit dated but frankly in proportion to the staff is a laughable detail.
We will definitely return if we need to spend a few more days in beautiful Milan.

Hotel that has seen better days but maintained with dignity and welcoming staff. The parking is served by an elevator, the breakfast is used on the top panoramic floor. A good quality price compromise especially for the fair area. Very fast Internet in the order of 20 mega symmetrical.

Very good Hotel. Hostes are very pleasent, kind and nice. Give suggestions about sites to see. Great breakfast with everything u can think off. Eggs, baycon, all kinds of buns and juices, fresh fruites, bakery with hot coockies, hot coffee. 15 minutes drive from milano centrale and duomo di milano, supernarket behind the hotel entrance. Really good and recommended.

I was at this hotel for an aperitif in a private room. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, the service excellent as well as the drinks and food!

The hotel is more of a 2 star hotel than a 4 star. The walls are made of cardboard, you hear every other guest talking at night, there are no alternative pillows (no soft, but only hard pillows) and the bed was too hard for me, I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Hotel in itself was but clean, the breakfast was OK, only unfortunately there is only on order (this cost but not extra) a real coffee, otherwise the only have powder coffee. The hotel is well accessible by train and after about 30min you can also be in the city centre.

Excellent hotel, convenient for public transport available and good possibility to park in the area, Wi-Fi can be improved, excellent breakfast on the terrace with a lot of choice. Bathroom at the height of a 4-star, clean room with the right spaces and lots of little precautions and details to pick up the quotation (toothbrushes, toothpaste available on request, kettle in room with herbal teas, teas and various infusions available free of charge, TV Satellite, Notebook etc. You often find deals at really bargain prices. To keep it well in mind for future occasions.

Comfortable hotel. Great service. Staff prepared and breakfast plentiful. The area is served by public transport but not by Metro.

Old and dirty structure. A friend stuck in the early morning elevator. Cleanliness and room service bad. Shower style "Hope Board" with the water coming up in the room. Surely now I know where not to go to Milan. Not at the height of 4 stars definitely.

Very nice place to stay. Easy to get to other places around the city, friendly and helpful staff and comfortable rooms.

Beautiful rooms. Everything done almost to perfection. Clean. Silent. Comfortable. Warm. Not very vegan friendly. I could find once some soya yogurt but only one morning out of three. The staff at reception can be a little bit difficult to talk with. Depends who is there. Very sober, almost dismissive. Luckily you don't have to deal with the often.

Ideal Location to move towards the city and the Centers of tourism and culture, close to the means of transport, and the staff is really helpfull, gracefully and sympathetically.

A little further away from the beautiful part of the center than alternatives in the price category. Everything clean, all nice. The bar and breakfast go like this. The street is very noisy but there are rolling shutters. For leisure travel I would not necessarily recommend it, because you want VLT ne a real bar and a bit nicer atmosphere.

Nice place to quickly pick up a prostitute just outside the hotel. Nice place to be flooded during a shower. Nice place to hear all the flushes of your floor when you're asleep. Nice place to use your out-of-service kettle. Nice place to wake all the floor when you badge your door. Nice place if you like out-of-service aircons. For all that, I remove the four stars you pretend to have (bought? ).

I found a good deal on this place online but I recommend taking a taxi or an Uber to get here from Lampugnano bus terminal. I had a terrible time figuring out the buses and trams. There are street walkers in the neighborhood!

Depending on the room, the noise from the street can be a real issue. Also some rooms are quite dated. Clean. Excellent service.

Nice hotel, stayed here when Saints played Inter at the San Siro, very helpful English speaking staff, comfortable room and a nice buffet breakfast.

The Staff were very helpful and willimg to go the extra mile to make their guest welcome. The hotel was spotless and this standard was maintain throughout the day and all my stay. The only criticism was with TV not one English speaking channel although it is advertised as having one.

The hotel has high standards and a decor to match. From the foyer and reception to the rooms. It is difficult to find fault, even at breakfast the standard is maintained a female guest was asked to leave and put on some shoes, yet it was done in the most respectful way that she did not take offence. A modern hotel with old fashion values, long may it last.

Traveled for work, good hotel, comfortable and clean.

Good service. 10 minutes from the city center in the tram. But tram directly takes you in the tourist places of the city.

The stay was good but on the last day at checkout they charged €5 per person per day as a tourist tax which was not mentioned anywhere on the website. Also the rules said consumer could get 50% discount in months of July and August but he said they were old and did not consider. That was the only bad part. Else I think the stay was really good.

Ok hotel with very friendly staff! Took a bit time to get to the center by the tram or taxi but overall it felt good for the price.

Great hotel, really wonderful staff on reception and on good tram service into town. Quality rooms, oddly no English TV given international clientele, good space, tidy bathrooms with fabulous shower pressure. We chose this hotel for family room combo which was very well laid out, last two rooms on corridor can be closed off to make whole room, very clever. Breakfast good, great local restaurants well advised by reception. Only BIG disappointment, function rooms on 5 th floor and guess where we were? On two nights, big evening events with 130 people leaving at 11pm RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR DOOR to family room. Very poor layout. Don't stay on the 5th floor with young kids.

With the camera bag through promotions (with various conditions, such as non-cancellable reservations) the value becomes exceptional.

I'm going to come back in a week, for me one of the best in its category. Wouldn't trade ever,
Milan at your fingertips, the staff excellent.

Great service, very helpful staff, helped sort out how and where to get, handed a map of the city, went to lake Garda, helped all the way to print a route schedule. Breakfast and super room.

Secondo noi, l ' alloggio (due notti) era quasi perfetto. MIA figlia di dieci anni ed io siamo STA accolti bene, la camera con frigorifero e Wifi libero era piacevole e il bagno meraviglioso. Essendo mezzi Milanesi, abbiamo rinunciato alla colazione al sesto piano e preferito un bar nelle vicinanze per un of Caffè e una pasta. Ma non cambia niente: Sceglieremo il Mirage di nuovo quando torneremo a Milano. Meragliglioso: La fermat del tram direttamente 14 é di fronte.
My ten years old daugther and I stayed for two nights at the Hotel Mirage. It what a very pleasant stay — good service, a nice room, free, secure and good Wi-Fi and a very nice bathroom. As almost Milan residents, we preferred having our Caffé in a bar close to the hotel over a breakfast at the sixth floor, but this won't change a thing. We'd choose this hotel again when coming back to my hometown in the future. Very nice: the next stop of tram line 14 is directly opposite the entrance.
My ten year old daughter and I spent two nights at the mirage. A very pleasant stay — good service was (a bit hectic at the bar only) : a nice room, excellent bathroom and a safe and free Wi-Fi access (apart from standards such as safe and refrigerator). Breakfast in the sixth floor we have nearby in favour of a bar without. That doesn't however: during our next visit we are once again at the Mirage book.

We rented two rooms for ourselves and our companions and we were very impressed with the service we received at the hotel. We will never forget the attention to detail and the service. We were lost due to a error on our GPS and we arrived late just after the closing of the restaurant. The chef was still there and agreed cook for us. The waiter was superb as well as the food that was served. It was only one night, but is was a experience that we will never forget. Thank you so much.
