Structure with classic mountain charm, a stone's throw from the center of Bormio, warm accommodation full of everything you need for an overnight stay. Congratulations both to the structure and to the very kind and courteous staff. We will definitely be back.

Great value for the price. Rooms clean and very well equipped. Comfy beds. Perfect location, walking distance to old town and to supermarket. Available parking. Close to skibus (we didn't have to use our car for a week at all).

I'm sorry to leave a partially negative review given the family and sincere welcome of the owners.
Lavish information and kindness.
But the structure has flaws that must be taken into consideration. I stayed in a two-room apartment on the ground floor, small with a sofa, a table for eating and a small kitchen with essential equipment. Nothing to say, basic but clean.
It's a shame that half the window can't be opened because the sofa is in front of it.
In the room, small, with disproportionate wardrobes, even worse: the window in the corner has the wardrobe in front of it and opens only partially, but what's worse is that it overlooks a small shaft where they have placed a wardrobe, right in front of the window!
The bathroom is blind, with a noisy and ineffective fan.
In the courtyard and in the reception there is is scattered with everything: the child's toys, magazines, butts, various utensils in a household mess that is out of place in an accommodation facility and certainly does not convey cleanliness.
The strong point remains the location just outside the historic center and a few steps from the cable car and the kindness of the owners.
