Hotel Cristallo

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst on our Harley Tour! The property was lovely and had everything we needed including a great location near to the town centre. The garage was really handy and free of charge and the breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice along with the bar area which was very good. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Elisa who really looked after us when we requested to change rooms as we were hoping for a balcony. She was able to sort this out for us very quickly and nothing was too much trouble. All in all we had an excellent stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Very spacious and clean room with lots of storage options, comfy beds, big balcony with mountain view. Pleanty of space also in the garage. Very nice breakfast with many options to try each day and with nice coffee. Great service from professional and friendly staff.

Fantastic staff, fantastic experience. No question was too microbe too difficult. We had an event that started quite early, but no problem… the hotel even opened their breakfast 2h earlier so we did not have to leave on an empty stomach. Nothing more to say than… we are coming back.

Highly recommend! We mainly booked for the location and the Spa, but ended up being very impressed with the service of the friendly staff. The rooms are very clean, and she takes extra care even folding your clothes. The knowledge and passion of Chiara and Alessia (from the SPA) and Jamal and Matteo (the bartenders) made our stay extra special. Thank you!

Genuine italian hotel in a cozy little town. Really big room with balcony viewing the mountains. Easy parking close to the hotel. Nice staff and a little SPA. We did not have dinner but breakfast was OK. No chairs on the balcony? Nice place for families, bikers and hikers.

Disliked · The breakfast was very average, no decent coffee and the staff seemed somewhat grumpy. There were no tea / coffee facilities in the rooms.

This hotel is really lovely, please don't believe the reviews on here hammering this hotel. We are 5 adults and 7 kids ranging from 10-14years old staying for a week. Look its not the ritz, but its clean, the staff are lovely especially Carmen who works behind the bar, she is unbelievable at her job and takes so much pride in her service. The location is good for skiing although not much around in terms of restaurants etc. It is certainly good value for money and as a hotel we would definitely stay here again. It’s an hour away from Livigno and there is enough skiing here to get you through week, although not many runs for beginners. We have all had a really lovely time at Hotel Cristallo!

A typical old mountain chalet style hotel that's been maintained well and short walk from the town center. Staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. There was a big selection of foods for breakfast. Our bed was a bit too firm and there was stagnant water with dead insects in the planter out on our balcony. Generally a good experience, though.

Characteristic and well-kept structure, large rooms, spotless, with balcony and ample space for personal items and luggage. Owner and staff very welcoming and attentive to the needs of guests. The restaurant, tried several times, is in our opinion an added value: excellent cuisine, varied, we also tasted traditional local dishes and wines. Abundant breakfast, served in compliance with the anti Covid regulations: the sweet and savory offer is very rich, with particular mention for the chef's desserts. We stayed twice for we long, we will also come back to try the spa reserved for customers. Really recommended, thanks again to all the staff! Mara and Antonio.

We stayed a few years ago and I would never stay here again, first because the spa tub was dirty even with black staff of dirt according to me I brought with me my little dog they charge you 15 euros a day more and I had to keep it closed because they did not want it to enter in my arms with me even in the relaxation room / bar … bad experience. NOT RECOMMENDED especially for those like me who love animals.
