➜ Unfortunately, I have to give a star. At first it was a disaster. At night a room with high volume television until 3am when we went knocking on the door. No one in reception could have surgery, there was only one phone number to call but no one present. The worst of the worst was in the morning when a waitress walked into the room without even knocking and we were still in bed.

Amazing. Over the night spent hearing the tg of the room upstairs, in the morning at 8:00 enters the room the cleaning lady while my partner and I were in the midst of the morning awakening. Embarrassing. We have not filed a complaint but only complaint in reception just because mistakes can happen. But mistakes like this don't have to happen. Not even the slightest apology we received. We won't be going back.
