My sister and I have been going to Hotel Nazionale for 12 years. And when I read reviews that the staff are not helpful.

What a charming hotel. It's located right in the heart of Portofino. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great with many choices.

Amazing! They’re so nice, welcoming and sweet. Good location, perfect place for day trips to Cinque Terre. Kitchen has everything you need. It’s a very social hostel and small, so it feels cozy.

What a wonderful experience. I love a view and my balcony facing the sea with a table and two chairs was heaven.

The hotel is very well maintained. The rooms are very clean, modern and well laid out. The staff are very courteous. The breakfast buffet with barista coffee is a very nice touch.

The property had a good homely vibe with garden. The check in instructions were quite clear and it was easy to enter.
The room was quite spacious and, it was decorated well.

For Our first trip to Cinque Terre, we did not expect too much, with the many reviews of crowds on the trails n trains.

Clean room, organized and very well located. We were surprised with fresh brioches in the morning! The check in and check out service works very well and the fourth is located inside a building.

The room is clean and well-equipped. They also provide a coffee machine with capsule and a small fridge in the room.

We loved our stay here! It’s a beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. They went above and beyond with the free breakfast, help with finding activities in the area, and overall amazing service.

The members of the staff, particularly Sara at the Front Office and Paula in the kitchen, were the best.

The young lady who checked us out was very friendly and helpful.

The best host. She was so nice and although the check in was at 12pm she let us leave our luggages there and take a bit of rest and get back again. The location was perfect too.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a trip around Italy. Marina the host is exceptional as a host. She was brilliant with communication prior to staying and was there to welcome us on arrival.

3 star hotel, room had small fridge and coffee maker. Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast for 10€

Best thing is the location and the staff. Literally two min from the train station, the terrace upstairs is v beautiful and the staff is kind and professional.

This was a really good hostel. It’s less than a three‑minute walk from the main station, and it has everything — a bar, a kitchen, and more. Towels can be rented for a small fee.

The good: perfect location for everything in Genova. Nice friendly staff, quirky little rooms. No breakfast, but free coffee, tea, some fruit and biscuits in the little kitchen.

A beautiful, modern hotel with excellent facilities. The warm swimming pool was fantastic, everything was stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed.

The most magical place in the world! If you come to Santa Margarita Ligure you must stay here. It is the nicest hotel in the entire region. The breakfast is to die for! The staff is amazing!

Beautiful boutique hotel, with wonderful service. We felt right at home! The room was very spacious, with it’s own little private garden.

Our stay at Villa Gelsomino was truly special and one of our favourite stays of our entire Europe trip.

Such an amazing experience. We were in the area for only a short stay — but the villa was so comfortable, elegant, and personalized.

This is place has stunning views, especially sunset over the Mediterranean. Great place to relax and stare at the view with a glass of prosecco. The rooms are spacious and well furnished.

We celebrated our pizza party at Agriturismo Olivenere in May, the day before our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect.

A Hidden Gem in Nervi – Truly Unforgettable!
From the moment we arrived at Locanda Villa Moderna, we were met with warmth and charm.

We had a wonderful stay at Perla Nera Guesthouse! Davide was incredibly warm and welcoming and it made us feel like we were going to stay with an old friend.

The location is great, right on the water. Very friendly and helpful hosts, with a good restaurant on site. Easy walking distance to everything.

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Al Piccolo Scoglio, we felt genuinely welcomed.

This was great decision for us to stay here!
The host, Claudio and family were very helpful from the booking and staying, parking!
Breakfast was incredible — freshly prepared and many options!

Fantastic place, only accecible by hiking the mountainbike trails. The very kind and welcoming staff, together with the stunning location made this a memorable experience.

We hiked up from the cove for dinner service and this was the best meal and experience we had during our stay in San Fruttuoso. If you are looking to try Authentic Liguria food this is the place.

Staying at the Grand Hostel Manin was easily the most genuine experience I had on my solo travels through Italy.

Only stayed 1 night due to availability but I wish I could have stayed longer. It is a clean, quiet hostel with great staff and information. It is clean and a small breakfast was supplied.

I stayed one night at this cozy, nice hostel as a solo business traveler. The price is 30% lower compared to other options in the five Cinque Terre villages, the main area attraction.

So lovely place! Perfect location for hikers! Beautiful view. Clean and tidy. Most of all lovely and helpful staff.

Staff was incredibly nice. Top bunk beds could also have curtains for more privacy and luggage room should be safer. Would have also been nice to have lockers that you can lock.
