Very bad slept as on a double bed two connected small mattresses that slide down and in the middle there is an empty space in which you fall. The floor is dirty and do not give out slippers.

In the centre of the city of La Spezia and 100m from the main entrance to the Central Station (Central Stazione), our 3-bed room was our base camp for visiting Cinque Terre using the family one-day train pass on the small q line. It connects all the villages to each other.
The room, large enough to accommodate a family of 4, proved comfortable, and perfectly soundproof, which is of course very important next to a large train station.
The bedding is of good quality. There is also a small refrigerator and a television set with 2 French-language news channels. It also offers air conditioning, which is essential in summer and the noise it produces has not woken anyone up during the night.
It therefore offers, without being luxurious, all the comforts you need when returning from a tour.
At our request, we obtained a parking space at a reasonable cost. The car did not move the entire stay. It was a box rented by the hotel in an underground public car park located 100m away. Very convenient but better to book it in advance.
A big downside however for breakfast. You have to go 100m from the hotel to a restaurant, which is already unfortunate in itself, but on top of that, it is of poor quality, with a very limited choice in what you can eat there and with an extra cost of 5 euros to improve the menu.

Clean & fresh room. Very helpful staff. Very convenient location. My room was located right above the train station (noise wasn’t an issue for me). I highly recommend that you reserve parking through them if you are driving there. My parking spot has a remote controlled door and all sides are enclosed. Very secured.

Very courteous and helpful service. The rooms are in various locations very close, I stayed in the one above the train station. Contrary to what you may think in the rooms you do not hear the noises of the station and you sleep great. Generally positive impression, I stayed only one night.

Very good service and beautiful room. Excellent location, next to the train station to easily tour The Cinque Terre. I don't put 5 stars because you have to climb your luggage up stairs.

Great Place at two steps from the station and three from the center, clean and new rooms, after 3 months we have returned.

The place was just as advertised on Expedia and looked better in person (looks newly renovated). The location is just beside La Spezia Centrale station so it was very convenient to get around for us. The complimentary Italian breakfast place (pastry, juice, and coffee beverage) was a 3 min walk away at Ristorante Roma. Do note that there's no elevator but a few flights of stairs you have to take (about 40 steps). It is also a bit noisy in the morning when trains start running but earplugs fixed that for me.

Really convenient for La Spezia train station (for getting to La Cinque Terre), friendly staff and the room was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Great value for what we paid. Breakfast was across the street at a cafe with a voucher we were given at check in (coffee or tea, croissant or focaccia, and orange juice) — which was lovely. Luggage storage was provided for free at a locker storage place at the train station (buzzer access and we were given the locker key to keep hold of until we were ready to come back for our cases). Overall, really convenient and excellent value for money. Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone looking to use La Spezia as a base for exploring La Cinque Terre.

The staff was very friendly, helped us with everything we needed. The room next to the train station, very comfortable to travel, and did not hear the noise of the trains. Breakfast was good with an American breakfast option paying an extra. There are lockers to leave your bags and take advantage of the last day to get to know the city. Recommended.

The place was clean and it had everything we needed; it's 2 minutes away from the train station. Great customer service too, we were well received by a young lady, I forgot her name, but she was very friendly and have us all the information we needed. You can leave your car overnight at Pizza D'armi for free.

Best place to stay when traveling to Cinque Terre! This is literally located above the train station! Extremely convenient to everything you need. Transportation, food/drinks, location, etc. Paolo kept in close contact with me via text prior to check-in. No lift, just stairs to get to 3rd floor but wasn't difficult unless you have luggage. Great information given by Paolo; maps, coupons, useful information available at desk too. Breakfast was at Roma Restaurant down the street which was basic but filling & the staff there are friendly. Very clean room that was cleaned daily & has kettle with coffee/tea as well as a refrigerator! Tip: Get souvenirs in La Spezia (short 10 minute walk from hotel), instead of Cinque Terre (way cheaper). Highly recommend this place & will definitely stay here again!

There are 3 buildings on the same street that make up this hotel. We stayed in the one between the big red plant pots. The location is ideal, right by the train station and a short walk from the town centre. The only down side of this is some trains can be quite loud, but it's not constant. There is a flight of stairs up to the hotel once you are in the door and no lift. The other parts of the hotel may be wheelchair friendly but this section certainly isn't. The rooms are spacious and pleasantly decorated, the bathrooms large and clean. Service from Francesca is friendly and very helpful, her English is excellent. If you want to visit the Cinque Terre, I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Very good location to explore the Cinque Terre, the Staff (FRANCHESCA) excellent care to advise you on everything you need if you are meeting. And both the rooms and the place itself, all spotless.

Ideal for visiting the 5 land by train. We're right in the station! You can barely hear the trains and the comfort is very good.
Special Mention for the reception which is perfect: MMS with photo to know exactly where one should go, detailed explanations in French to make the most of the stay, etc.
Only downside: breakfast. As much as planning a plan B.
But it finally doesn't matter so much the rest is impeccable.

A family hotel above the train station, just renovated very new very beautiful very design, service attitude super good, have free breakfast and Wi-Fi to provide, to five fishing village excellent accommodation experience!

We stayed on 10-11 June and had a great time! Friendly and helpful staff! Nice and clean structure! There is nothing more comfortable to visit than the 5 Terre! Definitely will be back!

Very cordial welcome. It's one of two locations of the hotel. They communicate well and help with finding the place and the adjacent public parking entrance. Rooms are superb. Not like some hostel of a train station at all. Books for reading in hallway. No lift. In — room kettle. In — room bathroom with shower. Breakfast in sympa station café.

Great location, very confortable and clean room. We enjoyed the hotel, but there's no real breakfast, as we expected. You can choose one drink and one brioche or focaccia, in a bar near the hotel.

Very good! Nice room, good comfort in furnishing style with large freezers, safe with personal code, kettle and set to drink something warm, towels and bathroom kit.
