Last time this place was worth four stars was in 1962. Let's start with the check-in, check-in for each room starts at 16:00, this shows the complete incompetence and lack of QC these people have whilst running a hotel. The facilities all look old and have numerous aesthetic flaws. Both Wi-Fi and the air conditioning did not work. So they gave us a window mounted AC unit… In the middle of summer. In the bathroom there were discussing mold stains on the ceiling. Stay away from this nightmare of a hotel.

The air conditioning (AC) did not work properly and the staff seemed to think it was normal? Well located however and we liked the small city.

Nice view, but long time ago furnished rooms.

For the positive: A very good geographical location for the hotel in an absolute quiet very relaxing good service overall

The negative: never lie to a customer!
They prefer cash for the same settlement for the residence tax!
Watch out for Barbara at the reception she will disrespect you she is a very proud person!

Such a beautiful place! I attended my cousin's wedding, which was really perfect. The Director has helped my cousin to organize everything in detail and the result was amazing. Excellent food and presented in the best way. Pianist and wonderful decorations. I hope to return during a weekend with my boyfriend.

Difficult access without a car. Nice though with flaws, like stains of moisture on the walls of room and bathroom. Poorly equipped Minibar. Restaurant closed for dinner. Bar also closed.

Beautiful old structure, sunny and scenic location on Tivoli and the plain. Furnishings adapted to the style of the building. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. We took a Suite, spacious, elegant and with a large terrace with a beautiful view of the pool and the whole valley. It Could be a true 4 star adapting the technological and plant engineering part. Wi-Fi virtually non-existent, TV the size of a postage stamp and with poor reception, Jacuzzi years 80 as well as sanitary taps. Too bad. The Hotel also can be seen from afar and truthfully the Motel style sign should be changed. It is Not completely adapted to the old and very impactful context.

I've been to the restaurant, great. Very nice view.

Nice structure, very efficient and professional restaurant staff. For the rest, the structure has a bad telephone reception and has several Wi-Fi located on the various floors that often disconnect. If I were to go there fast, I wouldn't.

It's a pity because with some little improvement it could be perfect. The location is beautiful but needs maintenance, the weather is warm and welcoming and the staff is friendly. Great breakfast and varied in choice, but that cold in that room!

Known in the occasion of a marriage. Very nice location with view of the city. With a beautiful day you can see all but truly the whole of Rome
It has a swimming pool for the guests of the hotel. The rooms are very well kept and staff helpful and friendly. The flow rates are good but with the possibility of improving it with a minimum of attention.

Lovely location with great view, the castle is very nice. I didn't try the restaurant talking rooms. The Conference room was too small for all the members (but not the hotels fault). The hotel also has a pool.

Lovely location. My husband and I got married on 25 July and we wanted to make the reception in this castle. The scenery and elegant patio and they hit our guests who were immediately fascinated. The food was great, we were offered a rehearsal dinner where the metre Antonio she cuddled with every delicacy. The Manager, Mr. Patrick, followed us into the Organization and gave us suggestions making him always helpful and proactive. Is the ideal place for a fairy tale wedding!

Keep thinking about "The shining" and the Overlook Hotel. Scary, worn down, hates that you're there but a perfect geographic place…
