Our first stop in Italy was at the Cameo bed and breakfast which is located just a 3 minute walk to the Vatican. Additionally the city bus is just across the road from which you can go most anywhere in the city. The perfect location for visiting Rome. Also know that Marco was exceptionally helpful with our visit. He aided us with all kinds of information, such as how to obtain tickets to enter various places allowing us to bypass the lines waiting to enter, plus numerous other tips. The breakfasts were also very enjoyable. Thank you Marco and Barbara for our wonderful stay in Rome,

Pretty good food and a decent prize, just a few steps from the Vatican.

Typical restaurant where their bad service make their food tastes like soil and busy proving that they are not a good one themselves. Old and ignorant waiter will service you with the face of principal teacher. I'm pretty sure there are many restaurant around here which is more kind, delicious even cheaper than here. I just ate a dish of pasta so maybe I could not feel how good their food is. But unless you are pope, just go to other restaurant… One good thing: less customer.

At dinner we chose meat main courses with side dishes. Of those present who took the saltimbocca were two in number with baked potatoes and dehydrated skin as much as had been more times heat. Bocconcini alla cacciatora were four bits miserable wretches. Finally, perhaps the only thing decent. Well do not go there.

The hotel is right next to the Vatican City and near by the metro station; such reasonable price with convenient location is just perfect! Room is clean and cozy and the simple breakfast tastes wondeful. Last but not least, staff is friendly as well!

Just 3 blocks away from the walls of the Vatican city is hidden this little "hole in the wall" type joint, offering home made Italian pasta with the staple sauces. The sitting is limited, but on a sunny day you can sit down anywhere nearby for sure. This is a gteat option for in between the tours, if you dont…

I've found a place to taste the real italian "cucina tipica". It's full of locals, people living there around, but they are very please to foreign visitors. Awesome.

Roman cuisine at an affordable price and in a home-like atmosphere. If you are in the area San Pietro is a place not to be missed.

Incredible home style meals at a great price. Don't skip on the tiramisu.

It is definitely a typical Roman restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The dishes are dear and presented very well. The location is very good, in fact, is walking from St Peter's square. Highly recommended to all.

Revenue at borgo pio and you'll be swept into this magical place to try the typical Roman cuisine. There is also but just know choose.

From the moment we entered the residence, we knew it was the right choice. A mixture of old and new, clean, quiet and conveniently located next to Vatican City and the metro (Ottaviano stop). We stayed 3 days and were very pleased with the service and tasty breakfast.
