Great hotel. Big pool, nice bungalows, fine restaurant. Especially the local chicken! we didnt really like the region though.

The place is upscale, exactly as it position itself. I'm not a big fun of such but nevertheless you get good service, good food, chill ambiance and a nice swimming pool in the middle of bungalows. And it's build across the street of the beach.

Super lovely peaceful garden and pool, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, scooter rental and great place to come home to after a day exploring the local beaches and tourist spots. BEST THING was the lovely big beds and soft pillows. Had room 4 and loved it. Only thing missing was a hammock… but some rooms have them. Highly recommend 5 star.

The swimming pool and its surrounding is great and well-kept. My kids love to jump into the pool and we love to lounge around it all day long. The beach is right in front of the hotel so it is very convenient. The room is clean and the bathroom is big. Service needs to be faster but the staff are friendly. The restaurant is good including the service. Overall we really enjoy our stay here and will definitely come back again.

Good location in front of the Rambla that is before the beach. At the hotel they rent motorbike to move to the main streets and other beaches. The pool is perfect for the afternoon when you arrive from the beach. It has a nice restautant with a view to the Rambla for breakfast and so forth. The room was very nice. They have bikes for a walk. And they gave us the shuttle services we need at check out.

We liked it. The pool is great for the afternoon when you arrive from the beach. We rented motorbike here to explore the beaches of Lombok and get close to the main streets, 2 minutes away, where the bars and locals are. Located in front of the beach. The restaurant is nice on the Rambla and the breakfast options are perfect.

Very kind and helpful staff. Pool and garden were beautiful and clean. Breakfast was good with enough choice. Bungalow was spacious and nice.

Great, quiet place with a beautiful garden with swimming pool. A pity they are building something very ugly in front of the hotel.

Very nice place considering Lombok is not a booming resort community yet. We felt safe and well taken care of. The sheets were dingy and the bed was dirty underneath. The hotel was built years ago when glass shards on the walls were cemented in to keep people from climbing over. This was weird but it is outdated and no longer needed. Check trip advisor before you stay but understand Lombok before you expect Bali style accommodations. Breakfast was good, the room wasn't clean but it was better than most places on lombok. We had to ask for things like extra sheets and water bottles but they were happy to accommodate. They need to clean better under the beds. Three were no bedbugs just old cobwebs. They offered us an electric mosquito zapper for the room which was thoughtful. I recommend it because they do leave the windows open between guests to air the rooms out and you'll have bugs upon your arrival. Don't forget you're on lombok, not Bali. Adjust your expectations and realize it's a beautiful place.

Puri Rinjani is right on the beach of Kuta. It has nice bungalows over looking a lovely garden. We had a great stay. We rented some motorbikes from the resort to get to Gerupuk for surfing, very convenient.

There is currently a big building project in progress right in front of the hotel, which is blocking the view to the beach (looks like it might take some time to finish). Also the staff arranged out boat trip to nusa Lembongan for which we were overcharged as we found out later. Room was nice though.

Nice swimminf pool with warm waters. We were assigned to room 12, the aircon remote wasnt working very well and room a bit dark. Can hear construction outside. Breakfast is awesome with good selection and free flow drinks. Outside is rather dark and dusty at night (also day) due to government project. About 15mins walk to the restaurant area. Recommend Warung Aldi.

It's a lovely place wonderful staff and clean rooms. Pool nice not to cold. The best cordon bleu I've ever tasted. Close to everything and the beach just across a small road.

Beautiful bungalows with typical furniture! For translation: Puri means castle and Bunga means flowers. Flowers are found on the doors of the bungalow and of course in the alleys! The environment of the hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff listened and available when needed, for example to go down the hundred steps of the bungalow that one chose to have a stunning view of the sea. Although the hotel is roadside, there is no noise that disturbs sleep. Very good value for money.

Decent accommodation for the night before hiking Rinjani. Some of the rooms doesn't have hot water shower. Also, no kettle for boiling water. There are convenience shops nearby to purchase the necessities and bottled water.

I have not stayed at this place but got drinks at the restaurant up front. Very nice staff and excellent quality smoothies and juices for a good price. Excellent hangout with good Wi-Fi. As a side note, I recommend parking the scooter/motorbike and getting something to drink here before taking a walk or bath at the beach in order to not be bothered by the "security" fee.

A nice and affordable bungalow, facing Kuta beach of Lombok. You just need to cross a narrow road to get to the white sandy beach. They have nice tropical garden and swimming pool too.

Perfect place for holiday in Kuta Lombok, it's just a minute to the beach and you can enjoy the view of beach while having meals at the restaurant. Cottages are spacious and reasonably clean. I am very happy with the price I paid for a deluxe room.

I came in this small hotel with bungalow for 3 nights. Very good price in November, 30 euro a night with breakfast. The interior garden, quiet and pleasant. The bungalows are comfortable and clean. All the staff were very welcoming. Great for motorcycle tours in the different beaches, one more beautiful than the other.

On wednesdays there is a horrible loud party (with a live band) right next to the bungalows. It's impossible to sleep and no one informs you about that. Would never stay in this hotel again as this is my holiday and I'm paying a lot of money to get here. By the way the dog is also screaming all the time as it's too loud for him. Now I'm just looking forward to leave Lombok …

They have a nice decent sized pool, cheap laundry service, a bar with very good lunch and dining options and they have free bicycle to use. Overall a good place.

Gorgeous garden. Staff has a pretty unpleasant "f*ck you attitude". When I checked in, around 11pm, everything was empty, the "security guard" was across the road, his back turned to the hotel, having drinks with his friends. It took me half an hour to find him. He just "hadn't seen" me. That in spite of me driving into the hotel, and blasting the horn left on the front desk. Right after checking me in, he went back to where he was, his back turned to the entrance once again. When you know several local tourists have been mobbed, and one of them killed in recent years, it's very shocking. When I checked out, for the very first time in two weeks of driving around Lombok and staying in different hotel, the staff did not offer to help with my luggage. Don't bother coming here.

Nice friendly staff, good location just outside of town and across from beach. Nice pool and villas. The breakfast was great, I thought, too, with a nice menu selection. Very positive experience.
