Overall very satisfied with my stay here. We booked one room with twin beds for two nights, but our shower was broken. We didn't even notice ourselves, but when we arrived were immediately offered two separate rooms with full functionality and a free breakfast for the two days after as compensation. The second night we could stay in the room we booked, because they had fixed the shower. The staff was very pleasant and helpful about everything and were the best feature of the hotel. The location of the hotel is nice too: only ten minutes needed to reach the Vatican and a bus will take you anywhere within 30 minutes, so we had almost no travel issues due to time. The issues we did have were because of the giro d'italia which was in Rome while we were, but we didn't know this prior to our stay and we weren't told about it either. A great hotel for a reasonable price, I would surely recommend a stay here.

Good hotel in a decent location! A few steps from St. Peter's but slightly away from the rest of the old town! I have never stayed there so I can't talk about the rooms and the stay.

The hotel is very clean and centrally located, very quick walking distance to St. Peter's Square, the staff is friendly and accommodating, especially the room service and the employee in the breakfast room. Only the breakfast is a disaster. I'm really not demanding, but 5 days the same cheese and ham (each one sort of inferior quality — has not tasted anything except salt), dried hot sausage slices, diluted scrambled eggs, light white bread, cakes and biscuits, Maisflakes, Yogurt and canned peaches and jam there was nothing! Only the coffee was delicious. So if you like coffee and cake in the morning, I highly recommend the hotel. If the breakfast was OK, I would have forgiven 5 stars.

Hotel not bad, clean is quite spacious apart from the minibar a bit empty and the parking lot does not recommend it.
There is however opposite a guarded parking lot is a 24 hour supermarket to add the price of €80.

The staff was unwilling to clean properly solely due to the fact that they accused us of being messy. Furthermore, they wanted to charge us 30€ extra for this!

Not bad good service, but the sheets and bedding were dirty upon arrival… we changed them but still it is unpleasant.

This hotel ruins a nice trip to Rome!
The rooms are small, the terrace does not clean, this in a dark neighborhood, in the Q there is nothing, you have to do a few kilometers to see the beautiful monuments that Rome has.
The only good thing this hotel is Q is near the Vatican. But a visit to Rome is not based only on the Vatican.
Breakfast is always the same and very bad. Not a single toaster.
It's the worst hotal in the Q I've been with a lot of difference.

Courtesy, elegance, quality and technology. Location and Staff Very comfortable rooms, very comfortable bathrooms and absolutely fantastic showers. Definitely a place where you can return well. There are also mini apartments and bungalows.

There are a few minor negative things about this hotel, but overall, for a 3-star hotel, my experience was excellent! The staff was excellent, breakfast was good, the bed was huge and comfortable and the location is excellent. Short walk to Vatican City, parks, or the old town. Lots of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Everything was delightful. A few minor negative details. There was a bit of mold under the window, the mini fridge didn't refrigerate, and not every front desk person was able answer every question (although they were able to direct me to someone who could help). Overall, I was extremely happy with my experience and would definitely return.

Had a lovely stay at this very well located hotel. Our room was good, the staff very helpful, the rates reasonable. Very close to the Vatican. Would certainly recommend it.

Excellent service. The reception were almost like concierge. Very helpful. Located very close to Vatican. So easily accessible to all sight seeing spots. Very close to major bus routes like 64 to termini. And 916 thatll take into into central city.

Only bad point I can find is the continental breakfast. If your a brit like me you might suffer at breakfast, other than that it's a lovely hotel.

Excellent for the price. 10 minute walk from the Vatican. Good air conditioning. Balcony out of rooms. Overall good for the money.

Great night's sleep and acxommodating staff.

A little trouble with the hair dryer, and the magnetic card and the things that were missing… too many problems for a room from 100 euros per night… and breakfast a little poor, and bon find nothing if you are allergic and if you are vegan or vegetarian…

Absolutely the worst. Their rooms pix do NOT represent the reality. They gave us a triple room that was really a CLOSET with just one large bed plus an extra-tiny single one located AT THE FEET of the other bed… and no space at all around it! A kind of prison cell! Their pictures totally misrepresented reality. Lucky for us, we checked out the room just before I paid our 3 nights IN ADVANCE…! It was divine intervention, that allowed us to escape the trap of this HUT, and find a perfect place instead (Hotel Globus, a Best Western). Stay away from this place — — it's a scam.

Value for money accommodation. Superb location.

We loved the hotel! It is very close to the Vatican city. A bit far from the center but there are several lines of collective that bring you closer to there. The hotel staff was very friendly, the breakfast very rich and complete. The Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Very modern. We recommend him fully!

Excellent service… staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms very comfortable and clean. The position in which it is located, you can get in the basilica of St. Peter with a lot of ease.

Hotel cozy and modern. The breakfast is very complete and all of excellent quality. It is not near the Center, twenty blocks walking or three bus lines pass at the next corner. Surrounded by small shops and restaurants from the most varied. The service deserves the fourth star.
