Terrible costumer service. I Booked all rooms with Free cancellation I simply asked to move the dates and it was denied! Since My company required unpaid quarantine if I went to italy I was only able to let the hotel know one day after the cancelation date. As a gesture of goodwill you could simply move our date. But NO, you took OUR MONEY In the middle of a worldwide pandemic and gave us ZERO SUPPORT! Worst experience ever, commenting on every platform I can!
